Dropped off two items to be dry cleaned a scarf and a cashmere sweater. The girl and I both noticed a teeny tiny less than 1 inch hole up by the collar of the sweater. She said do you want to have it altered it will only be a couple of dollars I said sure since the thread is a tough color to match. When I came to pick it up the sweater was nowhere to be found and wasnt in on time so I had to make a second trip- the scarf was $5 to dry clean and the stitch and dry clean for the sweater was $14!!! What a rip off! I can see if it was a lot of work but literally I didnt even see the tear til I dropped it off- then the older lady had an attitude when I picked it up saying its a lot cus I had it altered- no I didnt I had a tiny hole stitched up! Unbelievable!!!

The absolute worst. If theres a lower star, I would. They ruined my jacket and toyed me around almost 3 months with not returning calls, "our manager will handle it" and its being worked on. The finally they said it cant be fixed and offered only a discount in the future. WHAT?! To ruin more clothes? Just completely unprofessional. A $250.00 lesson learned.
