I have always had positive experience when I came for service to this family-owned business. We are always greeted with a smile and delivery of service is outstanding. Olga always offers helpful suggestion and advise when needed. They are also very understanding and caring when it comes to emergencies and they are willing to go the extra mile to better that outstanding service! I am treated as a family member at Hill Cleaners and I enjoy seeing and talking to the business owners because they always find a way to brighten my day. With confidence I am rating this business with 5 and more stars and I will most definitely bring my next clothing item for alterations or dry cleaning only to Hill Cleaners!

They have the worst customer service ever! They quote you one price and then jack it up 5 times the amount. The Korean woman assumes that we as a consumer know that some fabrics are harder to hem then others and we are aware it costs more. She also bad talks other alteration stores in pickerington. Her husband is a very nice man. Tries to work with you but his wife is rude and has no business manners at all. I do not recommend them to ANYONE. Why give your business to someone who assumes things and marks up prices and makes her own prices up as she pleases. Ohh and there GROWN son will video tape you with his phone so be careful when your in there!

Wonderful People. Very Friendly and good prices. Plus they have an alteration service on site. Great way to support our local business. I saw the previous review and there is no longer a "Korean" woman. But that review was 3 years ago. I went last week and I really like them.
