DONT USE THEM EVER!!! Worst cleaners... Buyer beware – Read My Story!!! I came in from Miami and needed my suit cleaned on Saturday morning at 8am for a wedding the following day, I asked their person is that going to be a problem? They told me “no, we can have it back to you at 5pm that today(Saturday) we know how important it is to have a clean suit for a wedding”, so as you would imagine I was very happy. Until I came back at 5pm to pick up my suit. But to my surprise they only had my jacket, and they told me that I wouldnt be able to get my pants Tuesday morning since they shipped the suit back to a different store, 3 hours before I got there at 5:25 pm (BTW not calling me to tell me it wont be ready and I could have made arrangements to pick it up at another store)... even though on my ticket it clearly states they will have it back by 5pm same day. Im so angry the way they handled it... basically telling me that theres nothing they can do to get it from the other store since everyone left early and no one can open the door, how can you run a business like this... incredible!!? Now on a Saturday night I had to find a new suit for the wedding I was going the next morning. So now I have to wait till tuesday, to get my pants back. The funny thing was I had to go back home. So I called them on tuesday to ask them to send my pants to me which they reluctantly did and I gave her all of my information. At this point I felt like it was very unfair what they did to me, at which point I asked them to Compensate(pay) me for the suit I had to buy on Saturday night (which I couldnt return). The lady on the phone told me “I need to ask the owners Susan and Barbara Mccarthy and I will call you tomorrow” I said fine please call me tomorrow so I know that you sent out my suit(pants) and that they can take care of this mess by compensating me for all my troubles. So that was tuesday and now today(Friday) I had to call them back to find-out if they even sent my suit. I reached the same lady and she told me the suit was sent and they there is no way they would ever compensate me for anything and then told me too bad and hung-up on me, while in mid sentence... All I have to say is that this Company “Sun Country Cleaners” is the worst cleaners ever!!! And dont expect them to follow there own motto “When you CARE as Much as we do” it should be like “When you CARE, WE DONT”. All they said was sorry... Well I dont need your sorry I needed my suite cleaned and sent back to the correct store.

In my IMAGE of happiness I hope that my young lady that is in charge of all my moneymaking cloths will always make sure that I am 100% Ready to take care of me in a nano second. In the last ten years she has never let me down. PLEASE do not let her leave me. She fights for our children she fights for my ability to be a consumer that works within your system. OK really she is the best thing since sliced bread. could you mind sending me a new yellow bag that did not come with my last drop off order. I can not explain how embarrassed i am that I can not recall her name. she is the very cute and lovable peach that always make me fell at home. How many businesses can you say that about? Please endorse my girl. Help me have my yellow bag back so that may continue to wait to the last minute to have her take care of my last minute world. Dawn the photographer. I need her.
