They did an awful job on our laundry. Its horribly wrinkled and has a funny smell. We dropped our laundry off and were quoted 20.90 bulk rate for 15 pounds plus. We dropped off 3 pieces over 15 pounds and were told 61.80 then my husband goes to pick it up and its 150 plus $. To say we were surprised was an understatement. They argued with my husband and had to get a corporate manger involved. The customer service is terrible. We recently moved and needed to find a new wash dry fold and are not used this kind of service. Then to get it home and have it look like it did. Unbelievable! There were new dark stains on several of my work shirts and it looked like they took it out of the dryer and waited days to fold it. If I wanted my laundry to be that wrinkled Id do it myself for free!

Dropped of shirts for dry clean and shorts for button replacement. 2 week later, no buttons. Was told sorry, I will have done this week and call you. No call. Went back 2 weeks later (enough time) got the shorts. One button was sewn on by perhaps a monkey or a three year-old. It is ready to fall right off. The other pair? NO BUTTON. These people are morons.

They keep sending me coupons in my email... when I try to use them they say no.. LOL! The coupon manager hung up when we called her from the store for clarification..... more confusion than I need at 7:15 am. LOL! The girl was nice, who ever the coupon manager is.... you can stop hiding I left your store..... silly business.

Great quality... efficient, friendly staff !! They even take care of the basics. With the wash and fold services, all my laundry needs. And the new seamstress there is extremely talented at alterations. Good pick by the owner.
