The pressing is HORRID! I decided to try this place out since it is very convenient to home. First time, ALL of my shirt cuffs had pressed wrinkles in them, and my pants had double creases. I thought I would give them another try after calling and they said they would repress. I dropped off another pair of pants and some shirts. This same trip I also dropped off a pair of slacks that needed hemmed. I specifically told the girl behind the counter to "bring the hem up ONE cuff length". When I picked the pants up today...there was no cuff on the slacks!!! All they did was let the cuff seam out and press it down. ???????? Needless to say all the shirts had the same problem. They lady just looked at me and said" well its the machine" Seriously????? I wont be back...and neither should you!

These guys are nothing but the worst business operators around. I dropped my roommate off to pick up two pair of shorts that he was having the zippers replaced. It took them three weeks and when he went in to pick them up, finally, he asked if he could have a simple discount for the amount of time it took because they initially told him it would take 4 days. When he asked about the discount, the owner became irate and called the police on him. Never go there. Ever.

weve used Bristol Cleaners for over 15 years & havent had any real issues. Clothes are always ready when we need them & cleaned appropriately. Owners seem nice.
