TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Desk clerk is rude, barely knows English, and requires you to repeat phone number/name several times to look up items. Business is not modernized or willing to work with customers at all. They dont allow cards of any kind under $10, even if your total is $9.61. I understand that credit card machines come with certain fees but they also do not take checks or allow you to purchase gift certificates/coupons for multiple dry cleans. I will no longer be going to this dry cleaners that Ive been using for 10 years and will discourage others to do the same!

They damaged a shirt of mine and will not take responsibility for it. It has been 4 weeks and Im still waiting on the owner to call. I was a customer for 4 years.I will continue to keep everyone informed.
