WORST customer service I have ever seen! If I could give it ZERO stars I would! I literally have one tote of mine, my boyfriends, and his toddlers clothes. I arrived at 9:18 pm, which it says online it closes at 10 pm today so I had drove all the way there from Logan because this is the only place that says it for sure closes at 10 pm. When I arrived the lady from behind the counter came and unlocked the door as Im bringing the clothes in a tote in. She peeks out to tell me they are closed. I see people sitting in there. Clearly they are open. I replied it says you close at 10. She told me no new loads. I said I only need to dry the clothes. She yells again they are closed at me and as Im trying to ask her if there is anywhere else open at this time I can go to dry the clothes she slams the door closed. Not sure if shes the owner or just a worker but they will not get a single penny from me EVER. Im so pissed. Would only take 30 minutes top to finish drying the clothes I had with me... UPDATE: I spoke on the phone with the owner of this Laundry & Dry Clean business today. He explained to me the last loads are in at 9 pm and the doors lock at 9 pm. I wish the lady last night would have kindly explained that to me rather than displaying a rude attitude towards me and slamming the door shut without further explanation as I was still asking her questions. He says he will have a talk with her about this because I feel as if she was disrespectful to me so hopefully new incoming business doesnt get the same bad experience that I had. The owner seems kind. Hopefully she changes her attitude and displays a kinder manner when it is past 9 pm to other in the future.

I probably would have put 3 stars until my experice tonight!!!! The lady told me the last load has to be in by 9pm! The place closes at 10pm! I came in at 8:30pm and put my stuff in the dryer. ( I didnt wash there ) I left at 8:50 and ran home for 35 minutes. I came back at 9:25pm and the place was closed with my 5 loads of clothes in the dryer still!!!! There was no reason for her to close 35mins early! Esp knowing I had my stuff in the dryers and was coming back! I will not come back to this place again. She was so in a hurry to leave and didnt care about the customers clothes.

The lady that works here on Monday nights is rude. Gets upset if you walk on floors after she mops the floor and its only 8 pm. Im in flip flops and was being careful bc I could see it wasnt all the way dry and she yelled at me and stood there shaking her head. Did she expect me to sit with my laundry outside until her floor dried? Who mops right by the front door when people are coming in and out? Also, her wet floor sign is tucked behind a trash can and was not put out!!

The dryer was broken so I asked for my money back. At first she refused, then only gave me three quarters instead of four. She is very rude and does not care about her customers. I went back again because I thought maybe she was just having a bad day ( weve all been there), but she was just as rude. So, I go out of my way so I dont have to deal with her. My advise would be to avoid her at all cost.

I read everyone elses reviews and didnt have anywhere near a similar experience. I brought my clothes in at about 8:00AM and used their wash, dry, and fold service. She said they would be done by 2:00pm same day and was it was done at 12. Excellent service and they followed the special instructions perfectly. (Keeping the two orders separate)

An average laundromat. Sort of small. Like most places, some bad employees, some good ones, but lately more bad. I just dropped to 3 stars because the prices keep going up, and the machines just keep getting worse. Literally half of the dryers are out of service and probably 30% of the washers out of service.

Horrible place, the worker there took up the only extra large washer for 6 bedsheets. Knowing I was waiting for over an hour for it to wash a king size comforter. She intentionally kept putting 6 bedsheets at a time in it for more hours to come. Very disrespectful.

Lady was mean old hag saw bugs in there plus I left and came back to help my mom and lady locked door and my mom cant breath very good would not go here lady was very rude

It was quiet, the dryers and washers actually work, and its not too expensive.

Its a nice clean place. But its busy a lot and its hard to get a dryer to use.
