On Saturday, August 12, 2017 my boyfriend and I came in to get our laundry done. We felt as though we were being rushed and were not able to get done or close in a timely enough manner to please Katie employee on staff at the time . from the moment we walked in she had attitude not only with us for another family that was also trying to get the clothes done and also felt very rushed. As well as uncomfortable.As I spread out my clothes delicates to be exact I could not go in the dryer to air dry well my other clothes are drying in the dryer she was making snide remarks under her breath and shaking her head at me and my boyfriend as though we had done something wrong. We left and brought the clothes back to our home because we felt so uncomfortable leaving them to dry. We came back and she again was shaking her head and making more nasty remarks to herself . Then when went to the front desk and offered to even pay for extra plastic bag to take our laundry home she told me no. Not even five minutes later she walked out from behind the employee Desk And proceeded to give another woman and her child two extra bags. She was dressed very unflattering and not professional laundry mat or not. Chest should be covered no holes should be in old raggedy sweatpants. She moved people out of the way as though it was an inconvenience that people were going to give this elite laundry mat their business. I would never go here ever again nor will I recommend anybody to use their laundry services . I will only return if V nice friendly staff member Debbie cakes on from here on out this woman Katie was a very big unpleasant dark cloud on my day .

Ive been a regular customer for 6 months now and then last Friday i had gone to do my laundry as always. Well they juat got new driers and had been installed the night before. I had my clothes drying and one whole dryer of clothes came out all ruined with grease on them. I told the woman that was working and she said i had to deal with manager when she came back on Monday. So i had gone in to speak to thw manager and she said nothing the could do. She was rather rude about it also. Wont return there again. They lost a regular weekly customer. So ive got a whole dryer worth of clothes completely ruined now.

Been a customer for over three years. New person bleached all my dark clothes. Notified company. No compensation offered. Only an apology. Doesnt cover my loss. Remove two weeks of dark clothes from your laundry and tell me what you have left to work with.

Staff is extremely helpful but this location doesnt do same day service and the clothes I did drop off were still dirty. To the point that my hair was still on the collar. Very unhappy with my dry cleaning
