TERRIBLE...AWFUL... SERVICE!!!! My experience with this Dry Cleaner was horrible. Customer service ATROCIOUS and actual alteration on my work uniforms were TACKY and CARELESS!!! I initially called the Main St. cleaner, attempting to secure a time with their tailor. The lady who answered the telephone told me that she would be there between 12:00pm-12:30pm and abruptly hung up. I was surprised, yet headed over to their establishment in any case. I needed my work uniforms(2 dresses) to be professionally hemmed and a pant to be altered around the thighs. I arrived at the cleaners at 12:10pm. When I arrived, the same lady on the telephone, greeted me. I explained to her I wanted to meet with the seamstress, which she replied, "shes already left." Surprised, I recounted our phone conversation. She was indifferent and told me she could take the measurements. I asked her how much it is going to cost, she could not give me an answer. She told me that it will be ready on Thursday. I said, "great," and left, l not knowing how much it was going to cost. I picked up the uniforms, the pant was fine, the grey dress was "ok" but my Signature dress that was multi-colored (blocks of red, blue and black) was very disappointing. The hem was incomplete, with a gap showing. There was also blue thread showing through the red fabric. I told her that it was unacceptable and, that it needed to be redone. She agreed and assured me that it would be fixed the following Friday. I picked up the dress on Monday, and the same lady told me my uniform was not there! I went home without my dress! I received a call to pick up my dress. The hem where I specfically told then the thread should be RED was once again BLUE!!! Bottom Line: PASS ON THIS VENDOR!!! VERY, VERY POOR SERVICE!!!!

I went in to have a tux dry cleaned. I asked the owner behind the counter "how much will it cost", after showing him the tux. He said "Im not going to tell you how much; were different". I immediately left. Anyone who will not tell you how much theyll charge, will rip you off. Save yourself from being taken advantage of; dont ever use this service. Also, he was the rudest man Ive ever encountered in business. If I could close this place down, I would.

TERRIBLE DISGUSTING The absolute worse! Asked a specific question about having a service done! Gentleman said $2.20, then when I said I didnt ask for the price, I asked if you could press it today for my event this afternoon. He proceeded to tell me THIS IS THE PROBLEM WITH THIS COUNTRY! WOW!

These people gave me prompt service for a suit to wear to a wedding the next day. When I picked up the suit on a Saturday morning they offered to clean the suit for free after the wedding. I was completely satisfied with them.

I never do reviews, but these people were rude! The most horrible customer service Ive ever encountered. In addition, they wanted to charge me $90.00 to dry clean my boyfriends jack. I found a place thats doing it for $40.00.

Really came through for an alteration, on a suit jacket, for my brothers wedding. Clutch! Had it ready when they said it would be done. Highly recommend.
