Horrible – going elsewhere! Their definition of “Quality” is “Not Actually Washing/Only Steaming” Cleaners. It was not until my clothes started to smell and I began to notice reoccurring stains, that I had taken one of my many $130-orders back to have them redo everything. When I went back to collect, not only had nothing been cleaned, the stains were still very visible. On top of it all, I had to pay an additional fee to have the same dirty clothes “Re-Steamed” – unbelievable! It would cost me more to take it to small claims, so I opted to pay and never return.

Obviously someone at your company doesnt know what they are doing. I gave you 2 Sir Pendelton Wool shirts to DRY CLEAN and you obviously laundered them. Not only did they shrink but the fabric does not feel the same. So much for doing business with QUALITY PlUS CLEANERS. You dont know what QUALITY means. Had 10 shirts to launder and iron ( not dry clean) I was very specific in my instructions. Went to pick them up and was $44. Wow was supposed to be 29 (and thats high for shirts). They "accidentally" dry cleaned them. Sorry our error they said but you pay anyway. Never going back they are cheats to customers. I advise everyone to go elsewhere.

Excellent cleaning service for my officer uniform shirts. Never had any issues. They even replace missing buttons without charge and notify by text when ready for pickup. The personnel are very helpful and friendly.
