If you care about the garments you are bringing to the dry cleaners, then you should probably select a different location. We brought our comforter here and I have never been more upset or disappointed in a dry cleaning service. There is a huge hole towards the bottom where the detailed rope has been ripped away from the comforter now exposing tons of threads and wads of stuffing. There are feathers EVERYWHERE from someone elses down comforter which are now all over our dark sheets. And the pilling that is all over the comforter is horrendous. Not to mention, it doesnt even lie flat on the bed anymore; There are really forever wrinkles. For $30 they sure did a bang up job and ruin a $300 comforter. Thanks East Bay Dry Cleaners, but we wont be returning.

I go there at least twice a week and am always happy with their service. Good prices and very prompt service. Having a toddler with my most of the time, I love the fact that it is a drive-thru
