They damaged my clothing and tried to blame the store selling the shirt. Asked to have shirt dry cleaned and spot clean a few tiny stains. Got home to find that the spot cleaning changed color of spot from beige to while. It looks like they were spot testing the stain, but they did it on a spot on the front of the shirt near the collar so it was totally visible. Worse, than that they ruined another part of the shirt probably due to steam or iron being too hot. They first try to say it was due to use, but agreed to pay for 1/2 of the shirts value. They refused to return the shirt to me after giving me 1/2 of the value saying they had bought the shirt from me, not that they ruined it. They said I would be back in a week or two trying the same thing if they gave the shirt back. Ive been going here for years without incident so couldnt believe they would accuse me of doing something like that. I just wanted the shirt back so I could attempt to salvage it by cutting and sewing it. Since they rudely refused to return my shirt I gave them their money back and took my shirt and left. The refund would not have been enough to buy back another shirt and I will never get my clothing cleaned here again.

Great cleaning, everything was nice. Recommended medium starch for traveling. Clothes in garment bag had a pretty rough go in the plane but everything stayed nice!
