I just visited this salon and was told to leave by the manager. I called several salons asking if they did complimentary bang trims until I found one that did. I called this salon at noon and asked and the receptionist told me that yes, they can see me between 3:00 and 4:00 today. I come in at 3:00 and they told me I had to wait ten minutes. I approached the front desk in an attempt to confirm that the bang trim would be complimentary, and the receptionist and manager turned to me and said no, it isnt. I asked why they had lied to me because I wouldve gone somewhere else and not have wasted my time. The manager proceeded to tell me "then you should go somewhere else" and I said I wouldnt have time to because its already 3:00 with which she replied "Im going to have to ask you to leave". I told them both how unprofessional they were and I didnt even receive an apology nor did they try to redeem their mistake. Instead of being apologetic, the "manager" told me to leave. Never going back for any kind of service which sucks because we just recently moved to lake Eola.

I have gone to see Wendi Stark three times now and every time is a complete joy! I look forward to my appointment with her because I know I will never leave disappointed. She works extremely hard to make sure you leave feeling beautiful and loving your hair. I can go in there with a couple pictures and tell her exactly what I want and it will be executed perfectly or I can just tell her what I’m looking for and let her run with it and it always turns out better than I could have expected (cut and color). Wendi and the entire staff at Atelier Salon will make you feel comfortable and welcome and I can’t recommend them enough!

Wendi Stark is the best hair dresser around. I can sit in her chair with very little direction and it turns out great every time. I would leave a stylist in the past with regret or distaste with the final touches and would have to rewash and style myself but not the case with Wendi. She is a master colorist as well. ♡

I am very disappointed with my haircut. My first and last time going to this salon. Service is great! I showed the stylist a picture of what I wanted. Didnt get what I was expecting. Now I have to go elsewhere to get it fixed.
