Awful experience....still awaiting replacements of my belongings that were damaged!!! We moved on 5/31/17 and the owner was suppose to contact their insurance company to start a claim for all the damage that took place. Today, I found out that Wesley Ridgewell never called their insurance company and notified them of the damages. The day we moved it was raining and it ended up being a 3 day move because of everything that went on. They were like football players inside a china shop. Several things they were asked not to touch due to the sentimental value and costs involved. That was one of the first things that got shattered. Some items were wrapped properly from the beginning and then brought to the new place; removed the protection and then started stacking everything on top of each other. Pictures were knocked off walls and cracked and broken, large pictures drug through the rain and damaged the backing and the artwork inside. The owner took a few things locally to see if he could get them repaired or fixed. One picture left with a triple 4" frame and was returned with a 1" plain poster frame on it like you would use on posters. My antiques suffered the most damage! The lack of concern by the owner and lack of his follow up regarding the claims process is unbelievable!!! We learned a very valuable lesson from Wesley Ridgewell....hold money for the move until the claims and damaged items have been fixed, repaired or replaced completely. When I "Googled" his name I was also amazed learning that he held record in the State of Florida being the #1 Toll Violator in the State of Florida. They have You Tubes about it. Go figure!!!

Great moving company, great people, awesome customer service! Our move from Florida went smooth and these great people took all the stress off our shoulders. Our items were protected and not damaged as these professional gentlemen took the time to ensure everything was wrapped and packed properly! I highly recommend Big Man Movers to anyone looking for a professional team of people to handle their move with the utmost respect and honesty that any company could provide. The office staff kept in close conatct and was there to answer any questions we had along the way. Our items were the only items on the truck and we also had the same guys unload us that initially loaded our items. Way to go Big Man Movers! I will continue to recommend your company!

We used Big Man movers for an out of state move. They picked up as scheduled and delivered as scheduled. They took the time to wrap and tape our furniture and nothing was damaged upon delivery. The two delivery guys, Anthony and Michael worked their tails off as their truck was too long to make it up our steep driveway. They had to bring ALL of our items up a hill that is at least 100 feet long. Through it all they maintained a positive attitude and got the job done. I highly recommend Big Man Movers.
