I had a great experience with Complete Moving! The packers showed up on time, as did the movers, and during off and on torrential rain, never once got any of my things wet. Amazingly, not one thing was lost or broken, either, and every employee was completely courteous and fun to work with. The move wasnt far, but I had my stressed out moments, and they went out of their way to help and assure me that all would be well. And it was! I would not hesitate to recommend them to my friends, or, if I had to move again, use them in a minute. John and Karen Blackburn are consummate professionals, and the company is one in a million. Thanks, everyone!

Movers showed up an hour and a half early. Mind you Im 8 months pregnant and have a small child so I was not prepared for them. Was told by office staff that she didnt have to have them come help me move. Received 10% off which didnt do anything. Was charged for the first hour of them taking personal calls and sitting in their truck. They broke the legs off my dresser and damaged a lot of my furniture. So obviously dont use them unless you want to be taken advantage of during a rough time and have your possessions treated like garbage.

I have used their services twice and their men showed great work ethic and follow directions very well.
