I was helping someone out by trying to catch up their storage because there was a lien for an auction on their storage. The employees were not helpful and refused to waive any fees. BUT were willing to waive 1 late fee if she moved out the same night...within 1 hr. Whenever I decide to move I will never use this storage company and I never would recommend anyone else to because God forbid you ever fall on really really hard times they will not work with you. We even came in a week ago to try and make arrangements and were told the general manager would call us back and it never happened. Her excuse was she didnt get the message from the now ex employee

Sarita was amazing . Right from the begining when she called me about inquiring from my email . Professional , organized and friendly , the unit we rented was extremely clean just as she said it would be . After the 2 day drive to get to Florida , Sarita was a great welcome to our new home state .

Never had any issues storing stuff here. There seem to be cameras around the units and at the office. The gate is open from 6am-10pm, so people can get in before or after work. The only issue is the jerks who just come carelessly speeding through like theres no one else around.

Kathleen was great! She explained everything required with renting a storage unit. Courteous and very professional! Cubesmart has great units. Mine is a temperature controlled unit. It was very clean and perfect for what I needed.

Unsecured property , No security cameras, the fence in the back of the property is full of holes for thiefs to break in , My unit and my neighbor unit was broken to two times in one week.
