I originally posted a rather low rating for this business based upon some miscommunication between us concerning scheduling my move. Within a few hours of posting that review, the owner of the company contacted me to discuss my concerns. Brian was genuinely interested to hear my perspective and to determine ways his company could learn from my situation and make improvements. During the course of our conversation, we were able to arrive to a mutual agreement that will allow me to make my move without much deviation from my original plans. This is an impressive level of customer service. The fact that the owner took time out of his schedule to contact me and work to resolve my issues is no doubt why so many folks have posted such good reviews of this company. Integrity is still a key part in any business success and I can confidently say this organization understands that and acts upon it.

Ok I have to rate these guys. I have moved close to 10 times over the years. Ive moved in and out of state. Every time, Ive had an issue and was super concerned today. I have never had a better experience. From the moment I contacted this company until the second they left - tremendous. It wasnt an easy move and they took such good care of our stuff. They took time to do it right. Grayson, Sonny and Sam were terrific. Honestly I threw a couple curve balls and they handled it with grace and professionalism. No damage, everything promised was delivered and no shock on the price. It was worth a few extra dollars for them to care and do it right. Dont go with the cheapest - you get what you pay for. These guys went above and beyond and worth every dollar. Thank you Grayson, Sonny and Sam. Nice job, truly!

After some extensive research and many phone calls, Smooth Move was recommended to us. Please save your time and energy and contact Reid and his Smooth Move team first. My wife and I moved from Columbia, SC to Greenville, SC, and relied on Reid and his team to help us transition smoothly. We couldnt have been more impressed with their level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail. Our three movers were friendly and courteous, ensuring our precious items were not victim to any drops or cracks. Moving can be a hectic process, especially when moving over 100 miles away. Reid and his team assured our move was seamless and free of headaches. We will most certainly promote Smooth Move and their services to anyone, anywhere.

Overall, Smooth Move was great. Questions on quotes were responded to very quickly, rates were reasonable and the fellows who moved me were quick. They also called that morning to let me know they would be a few minutes late. Pleasantly surprised when they showed up at the new place before I did! In this hot summer heat, they took a few well-deserved but quick breaks. Nothing was broken, they handled my stuff carefully and were respectful. If I had to say something negative and nit-picky, I never got a confirmation call two days before and had to call them a day before. Also, one of the movers showed up wearing slip on sandals. Its his toes but it didnt look professional for a mover. Nevertheless, would definitely use them again.

Ive used Smooth Move on more than one occasion. They were first, very instrumental in helping me move items for a non-profit assocaion that i am affiliated with. They were prompt, they were helpful, and most of all, very understanding of our need to move quickly and at a moments notice. The owners definitely have a servants heart. I also used them personally when i purchased antiques locally. They were very careful with my things and delivered them to my front door step without my personal supervision as i was unable to attend the move. I would recommend these guys to anyone that needs prompt, reliable personal attention when moving just about anything!!

I had a good feeling about this company from the moment I spoke to Ashley on the phone to schedule the appointments. Then, I met Sonny, Tony and James and can tell you that these men were professional, prompt, friendly and polite. They took care packaging my bulky but fragile items, expertly loaded my whole house on the truck and unloaded everything with speed and proficiency. As I told them in person, these guys were my heroes for loading and unloading 2400 square feet of house in a total of 6 hours. Their prices were extremely reasonable and if I ever have to move again, I wouldnt hesitate to call them up. Highly recommend.

I chose Smooth Move solely based on their 5 star rating - at first I thought to myself, no way, but decided to give them a try. I see now why they have a 5 star rating - they do amazing work. The two gentlemen that came to my home were there right on time, were friendly, professional and quick! I couldnt believe how quick! They were very careful with my belongings as well as both the home I was moving from and the new house. Their prices were also very reasonable and fair. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone. Thanks Smooth Move for making my move so smooth!

We received service from Smooth Move today. They were right on time to start the day. The guys (Mario, James and Mark) took great care of our belongings as they moved from one location to the next. They also were very careful in the house upon moving in. The team was friendly and very professional. They also have great manners which is a plus! It was a hot day which makes moves even harder but the team kept going and even encouraged each other as they went along. This is our second move with this company and Ill use them for any move in the future. Highly recommend Smooth Move!

We moved 2 weeks ago and decided to use Smooth Move after seeing several ads about them. Its nice to be able to support the "local" companies and are we glad we did! I cannot say enough great things about these guys! From the time Alex and Justin arrived until they were finished, they were very professional and quick. I was assured immediately that they would take the stress away from me and they did! They wrapped everything carefully and took great care of our things. We will definitely be using them when we move again in a few weeks! Highly recommend this company :)

Moving is HARD work and it is never fun. So grateful to the crew at Smooth Move. Reid came out to the apartment to give us an estimate. On moving day, the crew (Antonio, Tony and James) was on time and very friendly. They treated our possessions like their own. We have several priceless antiques and everything made to either the house or storage without any issues. The only "problem" was our washer got off kilter in the move, they were quick to get someone out to fix it. I will use Smooth Move again and will tell everyone I know to go to them. Best moving experience ever.

I couldnt be any happier with EVERYTHING about Smooth Move!! From step 1 to the final locking of my storage unit, these guys impressed me Every Step of the Way! Ashley and Reid are great and have a Great Team working with them. Tony, Sonny, and Mario got us out of the house into a storage unit safe and sound with Zero issues and did it just as fast as they did good. My normal move with a few buddies wouldve taken days when Smooth Move had us moved about 6 hours. Thank you for making this, literally a SMOOTH MOVE!!!
