They double booked my Uhaul truck that I reserved with a credit card. Was told that I couldnt use it for 24 hours as I had reserved because the other customer needed it in 4 hours from then. They said I had to hurry up with the move and bring it back within 4 hours, and did not give me a discounted rate due to their scheduling screw up. I asked for 10% off and they said no. The are very disorganized and disrespectful.

Got a new customer with my business and had to do the job that night. This Uhaul was so nice they kept it open for me 10 minutes after closing time for me to get there to rent a trailer from this Uhaul. Luckily I was able to rent a trailer from them at last minute and Ive got a happy customer for completing the job.

Even under newer management, the service continues to be excellent at this location. You wont find a cleaner storage facility anywhere. Most vehicles are newer models too, so you can feel safe putting them out on the highway. BTW, I drive 50+ just to get there, even tho therea number place closer 2

Very helpful. Very nice. Clean, well maintained storage units. The only thing I dont like, is every couple of months, they raise the price of the storage units. It might only be a few dollars, but it still adds up. Other than that, I highly recommend this place.

New owners have taken over this store and raised the prices. I used to buy my propane gas here but not anymore. The place is busy all the time with people moving in and out of New Smyrna beach. Sometimes there is a bunch of junk sitting around the grounds.
