First time using a cube smart facility. Would not use anyone different. Wanda in the office is very helpful and willing to answer questions that you may have. She walked me around and showed me several units until we picked which one was right for the amount of stuff I have. Very happy I chose cube smart to store with. Highly recommend them to anyone in the Rock Hill area.

My husband used cubesmart in the rockhill location to store his bike. The customer service was great and the price was really reasonable. I was helped by a woman named Wonda who really went out of her way to meet out needs. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs a good storgae unit.

Went to try to get a small storage unit for a couple of items , the price was ridiculous for a small unit and the customer service was absolutely terrible. The lady had an attitude and wasnt any help at all . Only gave it one star because I couldnt rate it any lower.
