Very poor customer service. I called days in advance and again the morning of my pick up date to let the them know Id be picking up my U-boxes and when we arrived there was quite a lengthy wait for them to locate and load the boxes on the trailers. To make maters worse we were the only customers at the store and employees were outside taking a smoke break and I was charged to use the trailers to haul my own boxes due to the fact they said they could not be delivered to my home 20 minutes from the puck up location and a storage fee for the time the boxes were in transit. Im not sure what has happened to customer service over the years but it does not exist at U-haul! Save your money and time, take your business elsewhere!
