I have recently used All My Sons moving company to relocate from Melbourne to Palm Bay. In the beginning I called for multiple quotes as any good consumer would, and I received what I thought was a great price from All My Sons. I requested from the estimator "what should I do to ensure that I am not overspending?" in the event that the movers decide that they are going to run up the bill by taking time. To which he stated that we could establish a not to exceed limit of $700. With this established I felt comfortable that the movers would be diligent and not waste too much time moving our furniture. One of the first problems came when I received my initial estimates the estimator made a mistake and changed the hourly rate I was quoted for two movers from $99 an hour to $109 an hour. Eventually, I had this rectified and received a corrected estimate. On the day the movers arrived, they were very kind and cordial and I told them if there was anything they required (water, an extra hand, doughnuts) to please just ask. The move started by 915am, by 10am they were taking their first break. My family arrived to help bring smaller objects down to the truck. They began taking the larger dressers, which both by the way were very sturdy and just recently assembled (practically new). The placed both of the dressers on dollys and proceeded to bring them down 3 flights of stairs. Once at the bottom of the stairs, one of the movers informed me that did you know one of your dressers is extremely wobbly. What had happened is the backing had fallen off of the dresser and I still do not know where the backing is. The other dresser was chipped and scratched and no longer looked new. Following the dressers I requested that they move our washer and dryer. They though that it would be a one man job per appliance. This was a large misconception. After hearing the way the washer was being handled, I asked if they could both take care with it and support each other for the transport down the stairs with these appliances. I had to help with the dryer. I feel if I had not don this my wife and I would have to spend another $1200 on a washer and dryer set. At the end these appliance only suffered minor scratches to the front and glass top. One of the biggest issues I saw during the move was when one of the movers used a hand truck to carry an coffee table that was lighter than 15lbs and damaged it in the process. The removal of our items ended around 1pm. We decided that we would be nice and provide lunch to the movers. When we began off loading I informed the movers that all boxes can be placed in the garage and furniture can be placed in the various rooms. Before I could inspect any of the damaged goods, I was informed that I had to pay for the move before anything could come off of the truck. I feel that this is a horrible policy and shows that the company wants payment first over providing quality service. Our move ended a 4pm. Total 7hrs price ~$675 All in all I am glad that our move is finally over and have no further moves planned. I hope that for the future your movers could pay a bit more attention to providing quality and care to peoples goods, not employ deception when goods are damaged, and focus on time. I feel that if I did not have the help of my family that our move would not have concluded until around 7 or 8pm. Additionally, here is a list of items that were damaged that I am now replacing: IKEA Lack Coffee table- 44.99 IKEA MALM 6 Drawer Chest White -$169 IKEA MALM 6 Drawer Chest White -$169 Total damage: $383 Total cost of move with damage: $1058

HORRIBLE, LIARS and WASTE of time. The first time I used them, the crew was to start at 8. No one showed until 1. Then the man was allergic to cats, something the estimator did not put in his report, moving the cat condo. Then when I was upset on the phone, I was asked by the person from the company "What do you want me to do about it". My response was, this is your business and I want you to FIX the problem. You sent the person with allergies. I asked to speak to the owner, I was told the person on the phone was the owner. Finally got a second crew there about 2 and did not get done moving until after 5 that night. Man on the phone was ACE and the owners name is JASON. So yet another lie. I was told that if I used them again, I could request the same crew again. So 2 months later when I needed to move my storage unit, I asked for 2 of the 3 guys that completed the first move for me. I was told I would get them. I informed the person that if I was not going to get any of the names I provided the move was not happening. This was a conversation around 6/10. The move was to happen on 6/24. The phone call was made to confirm the move on 6/23, once again I had them confirm I would get the people I requested. LIED to again as I was told yes that was happening. I get to the storage unit and once again, I dont recognize these people. I DONT LIE. As I said in the very first and second phone conversations, wrong people, Im not letting you move me. I guess they thought I would just let them do the job anyways. Never again. Looking for new movers now! One last thing to note: ALL PHONE CONVERSATIONS ARE DONE ON SPEAKER PHONE AND EVERYONE IN THE ROOM HEARS YOU AND JOKES ABOUT HOW THEY ARE TRYING TO SCREW YOU OVER.

We used this company to move my grandfather out of his condo, first off they were late and provided no phone call. It was raining the day of the move, they brought a truck with holes in the roof! An expensive brand new sleep number bed now has water damage along with personal paperwork. End tables and coffee table now have wood damage. My grandfathers caregiver called and asked to speak to a manager. She was told they didnt have time to talk about it. Everything was specified up front about what was expected and then they seemed bothered and upset about what should be done. More money was requested and had to be haggled about during the move. This kind of business doesnt need to be treating a retired veteran & POW like this. Hes 94 and shouldnt be a target for companies like this.

Arrived on time and work very quickly. The only complaint I have is they did not protect the floors and carpet while they were moving and dinged up the walls a little bit.
