Would give them 1/2 a star if I could. First off they came to our house 1/2 an hour late, which isnt so incredibly horrible but something to add to the list. No real complaints on when they loaded our stuff so Ill skip that. Now, the truck was full but they didnt take a bed frame (Yeah, the thing they usually load first,) about 25 boxes, our dishwasher, and our stove, and since the new house was only 5 miles away, naturally we figured they were just gonna empty the truck and come back; wrong. Now, while unloading the truck, my dad had to go back to the old house to meet with someone which took much longer than he expected. During the unload they broke the legs on one of our speakers and damaged our mattress too (by folding it and tying in half, a spring mattress!) Anyway, when the movers were done, my Dad still wasnt here and instead of going back to the house, they just stood there! I told them to go back to the house but they continued to sit in the truck and smoke. Now when my Dad finally got back, he was wondering where they were so he went to talk to them. Over the course of this "conversation" they shouted at him, called me a liar, and lied themselves saying there was twice our estimate (which was, as we said, AT LEAST 75 boxes which I went back and counted 72 generously since we actually took over several carloads beforehand) After being abusing verbally and talked to like crap, my dad was forced to pay for the time they were sitting there and the whopping 5 hours it took them to move 1 truck (Oh yeah, forgot to mention I actually had 3 men.) After calling about the damaged stuff (and finding out that several boxes were in improper places) they did nothing but treat us like crap even more. Horrible movers, horrible experience, horrible price, horrible company, LOOK ELSEWHERE!

Awesome is the best word I can think of to describe my total experience with Two Men and a Truck. Everyone from the lady with whom I made the arrangements, to the THREE men that came to our home and the "boss" that I called to tell him what a great job his workers had done. We are senior citizens that were cutting our living space more than in half so had much extra furniture on second floor that wasnt part of the actual move. The workers brought all the heavy stuff to the first floor so we can prepare for an auction. These fellows were professional, personable and definitely an asset to your company. I worked in management for many years and it is rare to find quality help. The day was especially stressful for us as my husband became seriously ill early that morning and had to be hospitalized for treatment so I was on my own at both the old and new homes. The fellows were so kind and helpful, worked quickly and carefully and seemed to enjoy what they were doing. The price for this move was unbelievable -- about one-fourth of what we paid 12 years ago. WOW! I have recommended your company to three of my friends that are planning similar moves in the next few months. Thank you for doing such a great job.

Horrible! I thought they were going to be great due to the lovely customer service I received over the phone when I booked them. Boy was I wrong! First, they sent me a quote and I accepted it. Beofre the day of the move, I actually eliminated items to make the move easier for the guys. Well, when the three men showed up, they reaked of alcohol. Only one out of the three men was polite and somewhat professional. They complained, they moved at a slow pase (which in turn casued my quote to be much higher than expected) and also damaged our walls. The best part is, is they never called to fix the walls they damaged. When I contacted them to take care of the problem, they gave me a bunch of attitude and resistance. I will never use them again and will absolutely make sure none of my friends and family use them. There is a reason they have the lowest hourly rate, because they would never get away with charging more. Horrible attitudes!! Very slow! Oh and did I mention the cigarette break 5 minutes after arrival?

My husband and I couldnt have had a better experience with Two men and a truck. We actually had three men that day. It was raining the day they moved us. Extra care was taken to keep everything dry. The company was recommended by my sister who had used the company twice. I would and have recommended the company since our move. top notch company from the beginning phone call until the guys were through the move. A+ company thank you for an excellent job

I contacted several moving companies for quotes prior to moving. Two men and a Truck were one of the few to respond and followed through on the quote. They were very thorough with questions and even came out to the house to see first hand so they could be accurate. They were not the cheapest but I believe they were the best for my move. They took great care with our belongings and made sure everything was where we wanted it before leaving.

We were extremely pleased with the Two Men and a Truck. Beginning to end the company was polite, professional, and completely up front about everything. This was the easiest move I ever made. Brad, Brandon, and Kenny were polite and professional the entire move. They took care of my possessions and represented their company well. I have since recommended them to friends and family, I would absolutely use them again.

This weekend I made the move from Ohio to Pittsburgh with the help of Two Men and A Truck. I can’t say enough great things about them. From the time the three men stepped off the truck until they left, they were nothing but wonderful!! They were able to make the move completely stress-free.
