honestly the experience i had with this moving company was terrible. i moved back in march and my house was a 1100 square foot ranch. almost everything on the main floor was moved the day before so all these movers had to move was the basement and some furniture upstairs. my new house was 10 minutes away. they estimated 5 to 7 hours and took over 11 hours to do this job. it cost 1400 dollars. the 3 guys who came were so unprofessional and out of shape. they huffed and puffed and made snide comments about how they rather be somewhere else. terrible service and a complete rip off. wouldnt recommend them to anyone.

They got the job done, but it was as if they didnt want to be there. They were recommended by a client of mine, so I was excited but Mike wasnt the most pleasant. He seemed annoyed by some of my furniture and the fact that I was being moved from the 3rd floor which was disclosed during the booking. His partner was more pleasant, shook my hand etc. Mike was short with me and somewhat dismissive.

We used Cleland Brothers to move us to South Carolina. They were terrific and not at all like horror stories I heard about other movers. They were careful with our belongings, arrived when they said they would and charged what they estimated. The movers were awesome!

Cleland Brothers moved a baby grand piano into our house. They were very protective of our other furnishings and reassembled the piano exactly where we wanted. I appreciated that they cleaned up all the packing materials and left our home clean.
