This was the most unprofessional move we have ever seen. The crew showed up at 11:30 when we were told between 9 and 10. On top of that, the paperwork had a different hourly rate than what the sales manager provided us. The crew was complaining about one anther and yelling at each other the entire time. The guy they were yelling at was the ONLY one that never stopped. I wish we had 3 of him! One member bragged how this was going to be an all day 12 hour job when we were told our 1800 square foot home would only take 5 hours. Once they unloaded at our new home, they only put together 2 pieces of furniture while my husband put together the rest. They also took a massive gash out of the wall and their response was "my bad"... Im pregnant, and the point of hiring movers was so that I didnt get myself hurt. It was nine oclock at night and I had to start helping in order to get these people out of our house! On top of that, they didnt bring a SINGLE tool and had to borrow ours, which was packed of course! And they ate our food and heated it up in the microwave... and made a mess in our microwave. My husband had to clean up melted cheese in the microwave. My husband was constantly unpacking the garage to find tools for them. One piece they actually put together, they pretty much destroyed. When we went to pay, I asked for proof that I was being charged what I was told by the sales manager, and he couldnt. Also, I was charged for fuel when I was told by the sales manager that since I was moving within the Savannah area, we would not be charged for fuel. If you want an organized, professional mover, do not use All My Sons. Expect to do half the work yourself.

Update 09/15/16 Over 45 days since I used this company and multiple furniture is yet to be repaired due to their negligence. Avoid them at all cost, they are dishonest quote you one price and will charge you a lot more when the move is completed. What good is it to get an estimate 6/8 weeks before the move only to be charged almost double and get this they will hold your items hostage and will not unload the truck till you pay. I keep reading the reviews, they do everything possible to charge you more, I urge you all to use another company. If you dont. You were warned by many people like myself. You have a choice and AVOID THESE AMATURES AT ALL COST!!!! ** CONSUMER BEWARE *** ** 0 RATING IF IT WAS AVAILABLE **. ** OWNER NICK IS A LIAR ** ** CALLED BLUFFTON OFFICE AT LEAST 6 TIMES EVENTUALLY NICK DISGUISED HIMSELF USING ANOTHER NAME AND THEN ** HUNG UP ON ME ** ** GOT A QUOTE WEEKS BEFORE ONLY TO END UP PAYING ** DOUBLE ** ** DAMAGED MY BEDROOM SET ** MULTIPLE ITEMS DROPPED ON THE FLOOR DURING THE MOVE CAUSING DAMAGE TO FURNITURE THAT MOVERS DENIED AND DAMAGE WALLS IN HOUSE. ** 1 WEEK LATER NOTHING IS RESOLVED WITH NICK & HAD TO GET COOPERATE FROM TEXAS INVOLVED. ** ** 13 HOURS TO MOVE 2 BEDROOM SETS, A SMALL OFFICE, 1 SOFA SET WITH END TABLES, 2 CARPETS AND PICTURES, 60 MAX BOXES, ALREADY PACKED AND SEALED, BIRD CAGE AND A FEW ITEMS **NO APPLIANCES AT ALL TO MOVE**. These guys were fantastic! I mean the entire company. Let me tell you. I needed some big guys for a move that I was doing to Baton Rouge, LA. I searched high and low for a reputable company. I read some of the reviews but I was completed turned out when I spoke w/ the operations manager, Tony. The way he described his company and how his workers tread their customer just made me feel safe. I mean, he finessed me to chose All My Sons. The guys arrived early and dressed professionally. They spoke so eloquently about my items and keep assuring me that they were professionals. I had a great move. Tony was diligent with checking on my move and making sure the guys were taking care of me. Great movers and office staff. I will def use again in Baton Rouge!!!

The movers were very pleasant guys and polite guys. The movers were sent with two metal hand tracks with no padding and our washer and dryer were not protected from the metal of the hand trucks were scratched. The men were instructed to place the many boxes in the attic space neatly, unfortunately what was placed in the attic space was just thrown in, and the bulk of the boxes were just piled into another room not the attic space as directed. The guys seemed as though they just wanted to get the job done and be gone. !!! Thankfully they did not move our furniture I can only imagine how that would have fared. Would not recommend using this company.

The only good experience about this was when they called to get my business. I moved out of my home, with part into storage. They guys were great originally, but broke a glass mirrored dresser. I called over 10 times to get a claim form and never ever got it. Moved in February and now it is July. They lost 2 glass top tables and promised to have a local company replace the glass. The glass company never called either. Now this company continues to charge my credit card for monthly storage when I dont have anything there, and I have to dispute it. When I call All My Sons, they are rude and just keep telling me they took care of it. Dont use them!!

Amazing! Im sorry for those you didnt have a great experience but my movers were excellent! Beginning with our estimator, Jason, who was pleasant and informative the whole way through! There was a bit of a discrepancy in my quote but only because there was a miscount of the amount of pictures and wall hangings! No big deal! So the movers brought what they were told to according to the quote! Luckily they were quick thinking and were able to accommodate the amount of pictures and wall hangings that I have! They were truly a blessing! Everything made it safely to their destination! Will definitely use again!

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR BELONGINGS COMPLETELY DESTROYED. Just opened another box where all of the flatware was simply dumped into the box, along with a crock pot that was not wrapped. This is the umpteenth weve opened where NOTHING was wrapped - items just tossed into the box and allowed to bang against each other for 1000 miles. Boxes are crushed, broken, unlabeled, uncounted. Thank goodness we bought insurance because there will be one hell of a claim, as well as complaints filed with every possible agency. The men who packed these items should be ashamed and fired.

The movers were great, however I do have a few issues. I was not aware of the additional fees such as travel and packaging material, especially sense I didnt ask them to wrap up anything. Also the movers didnt pay any attention to the fragile labels on the boxes they just stacked everything on top of one another. I did have one item that was broken, but over all it was a great move. I would use them again I would just watch and direct them more carefully next time instead of just assuming they would read and care for my belongings as I would have.
