Yikes! What a rip off. I received a call at noon that they were at the furniture store to pick up my 1 piece of furniture. I received another call at 1:40 that they were on the way. An hour and a half to get 1 piece of furniture? I then immediately called the furniture store and the lady said they got multiple pieces and the drivers had left a while ago so they must have made an additional stop. She said they wouldnt charge me for any stops. When they arrived they initially charged me a little over $300 and then they reduced it to $275, taking 30 minutes off the time. They also charge for the time it takes to get back to where ever. Theres no way it took them 2.89 hours to deliver one piece of furniture to me. I will never use this company again. I didnt argue with the absurd charge because I didnt have the energy but be aware!!! I will say the drivers were super nice and did a great job bringing the furniture in.

Friendly, dependable and extremely hard working. We were only charged for the actual time it took them to get to the store, to our house and back to their warehouse; all of which was clearly explained when we booked. They took delicate care of our furniture, and were so helpful even when I changed my mind about where I wanted some pieces to be placed. We recommended them to family, who used them for a wide range of services offered such as, delivery and storage.

My expierence with the delivery person was fine However, my charge for delivery was a little high. I got charged for the time it took to get from their last client to where they picked up my furniture. I was a little shocked to get charged from there last client to me. It was not explained to me how the charges work so beware and ask lots of questions

Customer service is superior. Full disclosure of costs -- no hidden "surprises" at end. The team who did the actual hauling were wonderful -- very careful with handling things, kept in touch throughout the move so I knew when to expect them. Everything arrived as promised, no damage. All personnel were professional and helpful.
