First they damaged wall of home when loadking up. On hand supervisor was to pay me (found out later) and did not. Challenged office and only then did they pay $100.00 Secondly they overcharged my credit card amount above the agreed amount for move. Good thing I caught it, challenged them and only then did they issue a credit to my credit card. THIRD--THEIR MOVERS TOTALLY DAMAGED AN $1800.00 PRINTER AND REFUSE TO REIMBERSE FOR IT. GOING TO OFFICE THEY STATED THAT THEY WERE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR SENSITIVE GOODS. LATER THEY SENT e-mail STATING THEY ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGED CAUSED TO GOODS BY "INHERENT V ICE"!!! NEVER KNEW THAT EMPLOYEES WERE INHERENT VICE??? DO NOT use Carolina Moving & Storeage, Beaufort SC -- they like you for your money and claim absolutely no respnsiblity to damaging your belongings.

I just have my goods delivered to my house. I had a psp go( videogame handheld) in the master room, I know it was there because I palyed with it the night before. After the movers (5 guys total) left, the psp was nowhere to be founded. I call the company and the manager told me that they cant do nothing about it because it wasnt in the pack up list and it wasnt jewelry, I paid 200 dollars for that thing.

No complaints. Wish I had done a little better recording of items at my end when I started my move. Cant find a few little odds & ends. Did they lose a little box of stuff or did I misplace it? Not sure. Not the end of the world. Wouldnt hesitate to deal with this company again. They were very pleasant to deal with & helpful (picked up packing boxes when I was unpacked).
