I cant rate their moving ability because we never actually made it that far. Called and emailed asking for a quote. Was given one which I promptly responded to asking for next steps. No answer. Called a few times and talked to someone who then sent me an additional quote including storage. Ok no issues here. Again I responded right away asking how to finalize the date. No response. Called again. Notice the pattern here? Finally got a voicemail late on Saturday telling me not only was the quote provided half of what it shouldve been, but that the date I requested and confirmed was in reality not available. Again I called back within 20 minutes of receiving this call. No answer. Email. No answer. Now Im in the week of my move without a moving company to help me. Talked to them yesterday and was told the operations manager was going to call me back that day and "work me in." Still waiting on that call btw. Horrible customer service. Horrible company. AVOID at all costs. UPDATE: I was contacted by their management team and the lady I spoke with extremely apologetic and let me know they would be internally reviewing their processes to make sure this type of thing never happens again. Although an unfortunate incident, I appreciate the call back to try to make it right. For that I will change my initial review from 1 star to 4.

Totally, left us high and dry. A week ahead of moving furniture for an aging family member, we called and reserved two movers to help transfer furniture from an upstairs apartment into our own moving truck. Service was for Saturday the 12, between 12 and 2pm. At 12:30 We called, since we hadnt heard from anyone. At 1, some one called back to alert us, someone had gotten hurt and asked could they reschedule for the next day? We explained, we only had our truck until the next day and needed to return the truck back to Myrtle Beach, 4 hours from York. At that late date we were told, two men and a truck can not load furniture onto a non-company truck. Completely leaving us stranded. This lack of total disclosure, communication and canceling at the last minute is not acceptable. We were counting on help from a professional service. And instead had to spend the rest of the day scrapping together someone who could move the furniture. I would not recommend this service.

I would leave zero stars if it were allowed. These men were lazy, and immediately started asking about tips and how I could pay the tips "easier" in cash. They placed our entire house of furniture into storage, none of which were moved again until we closed on our new home. Upon removing and setting up our items (using Smooth Move in Rock Hill-look them up!) we found that a tv was broken (clearly dropped), gouges in the headboard of my daughters brand new bed, and multiple gouges on brand new dining room set. They also knocked a large chunk of wood out of the leg of one of my recliners. No courtesy was shown for our belongings in ANY way. This was the worst moving company I have ever used, and I will earn everyone I know to avoid using them!! On top of it, we were told by their customer service rep that their employees were not responsible for any of the damage. Do NOT use this company.

Terrible experience! We had three guys moving our furniture to our new house. Both our wall and carpet got totally destroyed. The company sent a very nice guy that cleaned up our carpet but the one they sent for the wall did a terrible job and we will have to paint our ehe house again because it looks terrible and very visible and we are not pick at all! We also had items broken during transportation and the company gave us a ridiculous amount of money to buy new ones! With the money we got we dont buy even one of the items because they pay the damage according to how much the item weights. Its absurd! They dont stand behind their customers at all. I will never use this company again and definitely would not recommend to anyone! Not sure about the other good reviews but its hard to believe they are real.

Local move with 2 trucks and lots of stuff: Way better than our last moving experience. Rico, DaJuan and Sammy were fantastic. Professional, friendly and just good guys. I bought the pizza for lunch and talked for about 20 minutes before they got back to work. Packed, moved and unloaded. Nothing broken, nothing lost and with 4 bedrooms and laundry room upstairs in a freshly painted house, not a single scratch, dent or mark left anywhere. That really impressed my wife Sarah! This crew was fantastic. And, the final bill came back almost exactly the same as the estimate give over the phone. I highly recommend these guys. Top-notch crew, give them a call if you need to move!

Chad and Josh were wonderful. They were friendly and upbeat and a joy to be around, which is important during such a stressful time. They were so careful and yet fast - I couldnt believe they got a washer/dryer and furniture upstairs without one mark on a wall or anything. I hope I dont move again for a long time, but if I do, I want them to be my movers. I have already recommended them to a friend who may be moving and am happy to sing their praises. I also appreciated the manager who came by my new home to check on things. It was really the best moving experience Ive ever had, and Ive moved a lot!

The moving team was great. They were friendly, hard working, and did a tremendous job wrapping all the furniture before placing it on the truck. They worked steady and didnt waste time with the loading or unloading. They were extremely careful with our items and made sure that everything was unloaded and placed where we wanted it. The two movers, TJ and DaVone, were the best. The office staff was also very attentive to our needs when arranging for the move. They followed up after the move to insure all went well, which we greatly appreciated. Overall we were extremely satisfied with this company.

Between my parents and myself, weve used 2 men and a truck 3 times in the last year. They are always awesome! The guys are great, very nice everytime. They are very careful with your belongings and move quickly. Because of our move just happening to fall at the same time as a family emergency we are getting to leave the state for, the house was a little chaotic when they showed up. They were extremely patient with us which alleviated a lot of our stress. Always on time too. Weve recommended them to all of our family and friends and will continue to use them for any additional moves in the future!

What really impressed us was the excellent service that the actual movers provided. These men were polite, helpful, professional, hard-working and engaging. We cannot say enough good things about these men, taking care of our items, handling them with great care, working constantly and consistently. They were very pleasant to work with, and even smiled at the end of a very long day. We recommend them and your company without hesitation and are grateful to them and you for making our moving experience as pleasant as a moving experience can be. Thanks
