when you entrust your possessions to a mover, you want to believe that they will take care of things. Because they take your business you want some respect. My experience with Lange- they lie to you when they give you a quote. they make numbers up. they will say, oh, its not the distance or the weight that makes the cost etc. they have a lot of stuff on their website. so, like any average customer, you believe this. When they take your stuff, and eventually deliver, some items are missing, others are broken. it is impossible to get hold of them. sometimes it takes a lot of calls to get to the people who claim to be owners, and they blow you off, because they are too busy. they refuse to address you properly, and refuse to pay you for damaged and stolen/lost goods. and if you have an accent, they treat you like you are dirt. I wrote to BBB, and this company blew them off also!! so be careful. avoid them like plague!! that is my advice.

As a military family, weve moved seven times since 2003. Lange Moving Systems is by far the best experience weve had worldwide. It first started with an accurate cost estimate. Todd came out and walked the entire house. His estimate was within $30 on a 12,000 lbs move! Amazing. On moving day Nick, Dominic, Alonzo, and Bubba greeted us straight-away and then went to work with gusto. Nick and his crew were very friendly, and truly listened to our concerns about our special-interest items. These guys worked hard! They barely slowed down to take a break...hustled all day long (11 hours). Finally, the owner Chuck Lange called me personally to ensure I was happy with the service, and to finalize the transaction. As a military officer and business owner, Ive rarely seen such a well-run organization and team effort. I will recommend Lange Moving Systems to all my friends, family, and clients.

Our move was performed by Lange Moving Systems and was absolutely flawless. Its apparent that their employees are well-trained, experienced and have longevity with the company. The "little things" that we wouldnt have thought of made the biggest difference in safe-guarding our belongings. Our furniture was wrapped for protection, and they took additional precautions in adding padding to our door frames to prevent bumps and nicks to our house and furniture. The employees had a plan and executed it efficiently without watching the clock or showing any signs of being in a hurry to clock out for the day. They want to stay until all of the beds were setup and the furniture was where we wanted it. I have recommended Lange Moving Systems to several of my friends and clients, and all have thanked me repeatedly for the referral.

Moving co changed moving plans multiple times never recd cost estimate salesman promised they ended up moving furniture into a storage unit packing it so tight a lot of items damaged and claim they are not responsible for damage that was the first thing I ask salesman if they took responsibility for damage to furniture. I had to replace bed and dresser ldg broken off footboard and hole punched in dresser frame broken in several spots. I have requested to file a claim and have not received on yet. Definitely would not recommend this mover 600$ more expensive than minuteman movers were to move from storage unit to house with 1 less person helping.
