I had an absolutely horrifying experience getting waxed here. Im not sure if this is something that happens everytime thats why the waxing package is the cheapest around or was I just super blessed?! Okay, so the lady who did my waxing was really nice but when it really comes down to it, we truly realise whose nice and whose not so go figure. So she was being friendly taking off my hairs until I went on my tummy and she somehow, broke/opened the handheld wax device and PURE HOT WAX poured on my behind/legs. I was horrified, there was nothing I could do but pray that I dont get scarred/burned. I began to cry from the pain but as $#%#@ considerate as I am, I cried quietly so I dont cause anything. So she got a towel to cover me and then tells me that its okay, nothing happened. And switches the topic to how my stay has been in Orlando. No, lady, own up to what happened. It was a mistake, yes, i get it but thats not how it works. Anyway, I walked out after my session was done, I walked up to the counter and the lady at the register is staring at me, waiting for my to put a tip on the bill, 15/20/25%? I had no idea what was going on in my head, puzzled, I asked if I could do a 10% and she seemed a bit annoyed but nodded and so I went ahead. WHY THE F WOULD ONE TIP? im obviously not right in the head...so as I was waiting for my husband to pick me up, I told her what happened and she shared a very non-geniune "Oh im so sorry, yes i will let them know". It was strange how the lady didnt mention anything to the front, didnt tell her that I shouldnt be paying for this service because of what happened. I told her normally when it comes to something like this, I am usually forgiving if people own up to their mistakes/apologize/show sincerity because we are human afterall but no, there was nothing from them. Absolutely nothing. Therefore, I am deciding to write up this review to share my experience with the public. Yes, I paid for the whole thing plus the 10% tip.

Eu não tenho palavras para descrever o milagre que vcs fizeram no meu cabelo ... simplesmente a Luz e o Camilo e toda equipe, desde o primeiro momento, me trataram muitoooo bem e arraaasaram no meu cabelo... meu cabelo chegou podre e voltei com um cabelo maravilhoso... luzzzz eu te encheria de bjo, seu trabalho foi incrível e espetacular.. meu muito obrigada é pouco, só tenham certeza que eu nunca mais troco vcs por nada .... muitooooo obrigadaaaaa por tudoooo ... vcs são f*** de demais fiquem com Deus e sempre continuem fazendo esse trabalho de mega profissionais...

Wished If there was an option of giving this place 0 stars. I visited Orlando to attend special occasion this Tuesday, came to this salon to do my hairs. requested DELICATE HAIR WASH AND CURLS. I clearly mentioned that I have tape extensions in my hairs, please be very gentle. While shampooing, I felt his hands very strong on my scalp and gross smell of chemicals. Ouch, he was literally pulling my hairs. I was nauseas and felt severe headache by then. Ohhhh God, my extensions came out by the time he got finished with wash. I got extremely upset but still asked him patiently to fix his mistake. He rudely said NO to me. I requested him again, asked for manager and manager said he doesnt speak English and then he said that its not his responsibility if my hair and my extentions fall off . EXTREMELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. washed my hairs twice after that but my hairs are still very rough and dry. RUN AWAY FROM THIS SALON.PLEASE DONT WASTE UR MONEY

מקום ברמה גבוהה והשירות יוצא מן הכלל.. כבר לקוחה קבועה במקום של לוס אנאיה מומחית בהחלקות שיער ובעיקר דואגת לבריאות השיער. באתי אליה בפעם הראשונה עם חששות כי השיער שלי היה שרוף אחרי כל כך הרבה החלקות והיא התאימה לשיער שלי מה שהוא היה צריך.. ועכשיו כל שלושה חודשים אני אצלה.. מומלץ בחום:)

I love this salon and they have the best hairdresser: Thais. She is the one taking care of my hair for the past year and I couldnt be happier. Every couple of weeks I go for a haircut and highlights and I am always impressed! She is very patient and theres no rush to get things done so she can go to the next thing. Also had a very good experience with Viviane for mani and pedicure and with Ana for brow shaping. The staff is very friendly and polite. Highly recommend for all services!

This salon is the best Ive found in 10 years of living in Orlando. The facilities are modern, everything is very clean, the atmosphere is very welcoming, and the professionals are first tier. But the star of the show is Luz. The most knowledgeable hair professional you will find, she excels in color, cut, and style, besides having an awesome personality and a huge heart. Shes been taking care of my hair for three years now and I am so blessed to have found her.

I get everything done there my hair, nails, eyebrows, make up etc... they have a team of amazing professionals Camilo is my stylist and I always leave there looking great! He is just amazing!!!
