This Ulta is a complete joke. I have worked for Ulta in the past and our managers would never approve of how some of these employees treat the customers. Most of them act stuck up with non-helpful attitudes. I understand customer service does take a toll on workers, but you still have to accommodate customers. I have never been asked if I was finding everything okay, even when I was obviously struggling to find a foundation color that was not in stock. I have been approached by employees, but only to make sure I wasnt stealing anything, and even then they dont say anything. They just stare at you and walk away. The ONLY good part about this Ulta is the salon. My hair stylist is Jerard and I am sure there are many other fantastic hair stylists here as well. The salon staff is very nice and I highly recommend them for any of the salon services. The sales employees and managers are rude as hell. Really dissappointment that a company that I am proud of is not doing the proper protocol expected of employees when dealing with customers. Also, the makeup stations are absolutely filthy, no one wants to look at someone elses makeup on white stations.

Employees are lazy, and of no help. When trying to see if they had anymore of a product that was out on the shelf she was reluctant to ask them to check the back. When I asked her for a recommendation for another product, she looked like I asked her how many miles with was to Pluto or something. No help at all. Then I picked out some product, and as I was paying I asked if they were good, I looked up reviews on the way home (I wasnt driving) and I cant believe she let me walk out of there with those products.. Called the Altamonte store to see if they had the product I was looking for, got hung up on twice and was on hold forever. The girl that answered, Alisha, who I also suspect hung up on me, had the biggest attitude. I wont go back other than to return what I bought.

I had an appointment with Brenna today which was booked in advance online. I came in around 6:50pm for my 7pm appointment. The stylist came out and didnt have a clue about my appointment. She couldnt fit me in today because her previous person took longer than expected... first time going there to try their services and the last time Ill be attempting to try their service. Very disappointed. It was too late to get anyone else to see me and it was a waste of my time. I would have been nice to have been notified in advance. I will not be recommending anyone to this location.

I went for hair services and had a great experience. Kylee gave me an awesome haircut. She is very knowledgeable and good at what she does. She is very friendly and patient. She took time to understand what I wanted and made sure that I am satisfied and like my haircut. I have never been this happy about my haircut until now. I will certainly go back and would recommend Kylee!!

I love my new haircut from Kylee! I have to honestly say this is the best haircut Ive ever gotten in my life and im 47! I have fine hair and its never looked heathier & fuller i love this cut& color personalized for me!!! I would hesitate to go bcause often times i was left disappointed Thank you for your expertise and knowlege YOU ROCK KYLEE!!

Ive made 2 eyebrow waxing appointments. Showed up to them only to find out the specialist was either not in, or cancelled. I was not notified or given a follow-up appointment. There was no "Im sorry for your inconvenience." Sales associates dont look happy either. Its as if they dont want to be there. I do not recommend this location.
