I associate this salon with remarkable unprofessionalism and shoddy quality. My appointment was made so that I could receive a basic haircut and color that was not much darker than the color I already had. I had pictures to show the stylist the precise cut/ color that I wanted. The consultation was informative so I trusted his ability. When he was finished my hair was almost black, it was supposed to have been a dark auburn. The cut was 2 inches too short and not the style that I requested. In addition to that, I received a quarter-sized burn on my neck from his round brush. I left the salon in tears. The following day I had to pay and additional $200 to have someone else correct the mess he made of my hair. When I discussed the matter with the manager of Salon Diva I was told that the owner would only offer me $20 off my next service because there was no way they could prove that I had actually had such a poor experience. I was also told that it was possible that I received the burn somewhere else and since the owner and manager could not prove that either, they would not issue a refund. Unbelieveable. What should have cost me less than $150 eventually cost me $335. However, the most unpalatable, unacceptable aspect of the situation for me, an honest customer who just wants honest work, was being treated with such insanely poor customer service. I will never again purchase services from Salon Diva. Save yourself the trouble. Go somewhere else.

I Love Salon Diva! I moved to Lake Mary about 7 months ago & before I got referred to Marissa Chontas who works at Salon Diva I had a horrible experience with the 1st hairstylist I tried in Heathrow! After that experience a mother at my childrens school who raved about her hairstylist and could not express how great she is (as a person and ARTIST) her name is Marissa Chontas.... so i gave her a try and will NEVER look back I found my hairstylist in Florida. She listens, Understands, keeps up with all trends and always has a "new" technique that keeps me excited for my next appointment. If you want to love your hair and hairstylist try out Marissa and your welcome in advance :) With all the negative in the world I love to share positive and pay it forward when I can!!

RUN!!!!!!! Dont waste your money on this salon. I received the worst color job of my entire life here! I ended up paying another salon $140 to fix it because I had a job interview I was attending. I had to go to work for one day with the color job from Salon Diva. Everyone said I should go home because it was so bad. (I seriously looked like a hooker!) The stylist didnt even use toner on a platinum blonde. It was brassy and orange! When I contacted the salon, they refused to do a refund even though I have pictures of before and after. Save yourself the headache, heartache, and chemical burn to your hair. Go visit Michael at the ULTA Salon in Altamonte Springs. Hes worth the drive and he fixed the disaster Salon Diva created.

Had a completely horrible experience with Salon Diva, dont believe the stars or all of the reviews that are on here. If you look closely you will see how all the good reviews are old reviews probably done by the people who work there. I went there a few times and tried a new hair stylist each time and the very last time I got called on the phone by one of the stylist I used in the past telling me that the new stylist doesnt have time for me anymore and they wanted to do my hair. How can a stylist not have time for you and why is my old stylist asking to do my hair? Very unprofessional, whatever you do, do not go to this salon. There are much very places out there.

Linda gave me a lash dip and I cannot tell you how much she transformed my lashes. They are normally blonde at the tips and my mascara usually runs beneath my eyes. Now they appear dramatically fuller and longer. My lashes have lasted a month already and can last up to 6 weeks. To reapply the lashes I believe is pretty affordable too. Linda is very experienced, professional, and friendly. She immediately helped me feel at ease before the process began by explaining what she was going to do. Thanks Linda! ~Marisa

Debbie did an amazing job on my French Mani and Pedi. She was very professional and personable. I usually dont get my nails done because I am scared of catching something. However, this place was very clean. I saw them sanitize the tubs and all the tools. They also did not try to nickel and dime me for everything like other nail salons do. But the best part is it didnt smell all the nail fumes you smell when you walk into a nail salon, so I didnt get a headache. I will be back.

Consistently wonderful service! I have been a long-term client of Eric, my stylist at Salon Diva, for over 20 years and I have never been happier! I have difficult hair that I constantly struggle with and Eric always knows what will look good (and work) with my hair type. Salon Diva has always had such friendly staff and I would recommend them to anyone. I even have all my hair appointments booked for the next 6 months!

I have been there several times and have been pleased with hair color and cuts. My hair dresser is Anna and she will make you feel pampered the whole time you are there. The whole staff is friendly and will bend over backwards to make your visit relaxing. Oh, if you want someone to do your eye brows this is the place. They are a full service salon from your head to your toes. I love it!

I found PAUL at Salon Diva and OMG I am so glad I did!!!! He is amazing! He listened to what I wanted and agreed that the type of style and cut I wanted would work good with my hair type and face. I would HIGHLY recommend Paul! When I got home after my new hair cut, my neighbor saw my hair and she made an appointment that same day with Paul! Go see Paul and you WONT be disapointed! :)

Essam was great and he had me completely relaxed while doing a Keratin treatment and color. I loved all the ladies in the salon.. Joanne did my manicure and she was so sweet, I just loved my time with her. It was so much fun we shut it down for the night on a super high note! Great bunch of people! Thanks Amy and Kim!

Horrible experience. I came in with long dark hair and asked for a short cut with high lights. They made an attempt and charged me for ombre. After having to go back a second time to have someone else fix my hair its still not right. I wish I could post a pic. All I wanna do is cry.

Victoria and Carlos were fantastic! My daughter and I went in for cuts and got exactly what we asked for. Carlos speaks hair fluently! Prices are great and so happy I dont have to go far from home for these stylist gems. Thank you so much!

LOVE the spa packages!! A friend told me about Salon Divas Spa packages and how she gave one as a gift to her mom. So I planned a Mothers Day outing with just me and my mother and she loved it! We havent bonded like that in years!
