My sons interlocs are nice, but this place is so unprofessional you need a key to get upstairs in the elevator they couldnt find a key they had to ask around for a key at the neighboring shops, they finally use someone key after 10 minutes. I came upstairs, drop my son to get his hair done, I have to call the get back upstairs in the elevator the phones been busy for 2 hours no way of getting hold of my son and then when I finally had somebody in my family to get through to my son on his iPad they told me they told them that the phone was off the hook my son be done in 10 minutes so unprofessional!!!! I am waiting outside in this heat for my son to come down the guy doing his hair assured me hed be done by 5 oclock as we have someone else to get and I am still sitting here at 5:37pm. I would give the male stylist a 5 star.

I wish I could have given it 0 stars because the service was HORRIBLE! I came in to get my hair dyed a specific color "blue" (I showed her the specific color and everything) and the first time she dyed it, it came out green and she said that she can add purple to it to make it blue, but I told her that she should just dye it dark blue to make it better (but I dont think that she had the color because she kept saying to just dye it purple and it will turn blue) so the second time she died it, it still didnt look like the color that I showed her nor wanted. I was given the choice to dye it darker the second time but I decided not to because I had already been under the drier 4 times and I was trying not to damage my hair anymore. All and all I 10 out of 10 would NOT recommend (at least dont get your hair died)

I wish that I could give this salon 0 stars! I took my daughter to this "salon" to have twist braids done, this "stylist" claimed to know how to do this style of braiding, After she finished with my daughters hair, we noticed that the sections of hair she used for the single braids were too large and we could see large parts of my daughters scalp, the braids also started to unravel within an hour of the braids being "done". This "salon refused to refund not even half of the money I paid her after seeing the result of her work. Do not go to this salon, I dont think that this Janice person is licensed to style hair and she doesnt know what she is doing.

Horrible ! Horrible ! Do not go here ! Its so unprofessional! This lady makes up her own prices because she feels that she is the owner and can take advantage of her customers ! This place is ghetto , dirty (brushes are back ally on the floor ) , rude (employees got into our conversation trying to fight with me ) and they are liars! The owner Janice called the police saying that I refused to pay which I just refused the ridiculous price !!!!! Stay away ! Stay away !! I had to pay the price she gave because I didnt have time to wait for the police . I warn you to stay away !

Janice is a very nice lady and her shop is clean and professional. My only complaint is that my hair started untwining from my Senegalese twists the day I got them done. Her technique for installing twists is not what I was hoping for. They were not tight and became lose much sooner than I hoped. For the cost of the hair style I was not too happy with how long they lasted. Overall she may be a good hair stylist but Senegalese twist is not her area of expertise.

Janice has average to below average styling and relaxer-application skills. She took a long phone call during my appointment and she only for got off the phone after I made a comment. Shes VERY unprofessional. Her equipment and supplies are dirty. She also seems to dislike styling afro-textured hair and favors white-patrons (as you see by the white woman she put in her ad). Dont go here, especially if youre black.

This place is awesome! I wanted to try someplace new that was my scene and this was it! I wanted to get my hair cut and I had no idea what I exactly wanted. Will cut and styled my hair and I love it! She gave me something that I can style and have fun with. And I am getting so many compliments. I will definitely be going back and have already referred this place to people.

I have had my hair extensions in for nearly 10 months. I have been absolutely thrilled with the product and service that Janice has provided. I selected virgin hair extensions as I wanted the best quality, and also wanted to be able to wear them for as long as possible.

I love it when I find a good deal and its for real. I wanted Hair Extensions and saw their ad for free haircut with color, perm or extensions. The price for the hair extensions was very reasonable and the stylists took the time to do all, first class Hair Salon!

The shop is nice and clean but I dont like my hair. The price I paid for my twist wasnt worth it at all. I usually only let Africans do my hair but I tried something different which I regret. I dont recommend anyone getting their twist or braids from this shop.
