I would not recommend this salon. The whole experience was bad. I had an appointment and arrived on time; however, hairstylist Christy thought she would take in a guy at the same time saying he would "just take a minute." Needless to say it took longer than a minute. That is when I should have walked out. Unfortunately, I waited my turn (20 minutes after my scheduled appointment). Right away I noticed that the hairstylist stations were dirty. Even their blow dryers had a layer of product covering them. Yuck. The walls were only partially painted in spots, pipes were exposed at the sinks (not in a cool way) and some chairs were actually DUCT TAPED. Again, yuck. The worst part was the hairstylist Christy. No wonder she offers 20% off to get new clients in there. She went on and on about her personal life (kind of details/stuff you dont want to know), told me how she doesnt get along with another staff member, and then starting bad mouthing a previous gentleman she gave a hair cut too. As for my cut and highlights... the cut was about as impressive as going to Best Cuts or other cheap large chain. I asked for a trim and had to have it fixed by a far superior salon (Studio Luxe in Stow, Ohio = great salon!!!). The highlights were uneven and just ugly. I would have had better results from a box. I left wondering how a salon like this stays in business.

I had my hair done on Friday by Taylor. She was very nice and did a really good job. I have gotten many compliments on the color of my hair! Taylor told me that they guarantee their work so if anyone had complaints, they could always go back and have it fixed. I will definitely be coming back to her when my color starts to grow out. Unrelated, they have great coffee lol!!

went to get my eyebrows done initially and have never looked back since that was about 4 years ago! Great personalities from all the ladies and relaxed environment! A one of a kind place with one of a kind staff!
