The best blow dry I ever had! Nuris and Lily do an excellent job with my relaxer, color, and keratin treatment. Nuris cuts my hair with the latest techniques in the beauty industry. Excellent customer service but, more importantly the knowledge of procedures and products specific to your hair needs. I recommend Elegance Hair Salon as one of the best places in Orlando at an affordable price. El mejor secado que he tenido en toda mi vida! Called in advance and got the appointment for 2 oclock. While on the phone the receptionist yelled across to the stylist to see whens a good time to take in the next appt. When that was cleared up, without any apology, she continued to ask me to come in at 2. I got there at 1:55 and theres no trace of the receptionist and I stand there looking around for someone to point me in the direction of my stylist. The receptionist finally showed up and told me itll be 5 more minutes and asked me to take a seat, which I did knowing I was a bit early, and she goes back to chat with someone in the back. I sat there looking at my stylist finishing up the previous clients cut. Its 2:10, she finishes up and comes out with another client. When I get up to inquire about when shell see me? Another stylist tells me another 15 minutes. I told her I had the appointment for 2:00 and I have already been waiting for 15 minutes and you want me to wait another 15 (which I knew will be around 30 minutes). She just shrugs and asks me to take a seat. I walked out telling her if you knew she wasnt going to be free at 2 then you should have given the appointment for 2:30. I went in thinking itd be a great experience because of all the reviews I had read, but was sorely and utterly disappointed from what little service I got. Never again!

How do I even start. Six weeks out from my wedding, I wanted to get a trim (no more than a 1/4 inch). In deciding on the salon for my cut, I figured that this would be a good place, since Ive been there a couple of times before for a blowout, BIG MISTAKE ON MY PART. Went in, provided explicit instructions, and the hairdresser (the owner) did what she wanted. I didnt feel good about the haircut because it was a lot shorter than I asked for, and this is 6 weeks out from my wedding. I went home, and realized that not only was it too short, but it was also uneven, I instantly broke down crying. Because it was uneven, I spoke to the front desk person and he said to come back in and they would fix it. Went in the next day, sat in a different hairdressers chair and again was disappointed. They ended up using clippers to even it out my sides and basically I walked out losing 3 inches of hair (I only went in for a TRIM). My wedding hairstyle is no longer an option, was going for the roaring 30s and now I am rocking a Rihanna. So bottom line, this is a limited salon, only good with blow-outs.

Ive been living in central Florida for almost 30 years and even though I have had more than a few hair stylists during that time, I really never had much "luck" getting my naturally dry and curly hair to look its best. So, Im driving around Waterford Lakes area for work one hot and humid afternoon and I was in desperate need of a good hair conditioning and blow out. That was the best hair day of my life, literally! I googled salons in the area and saw Elegance Hair Salon great reviews. I got an appointment for that afternoon and Yoli did my hair. I was so impressed by the quality of work Yoli did, the quality of the salons hair products, the atmosphere and how welcome everyone made me feel, that I ended up firing my former hairstylist and I have been coming to Yoli since last August ever since! From the keratin treatment to hair color, hair cut and blow out, my hair is now beautiful, shiny, freeze free, manageable and I feel great and pretty again thanks to my new hair stylist, Yoli at Elegance Hair Salon! Hope you visit them soon!

I recently went to this salon and left very unhappy. I went in for a Dominican blow out (this was my first one). So the stylest immediately took me and started to wash my hair. I just took out a sew in and I am 6months post relaxer. So I have two textures on my head it gets very tangle. Well she washes my hair roughly and instead of taking the time to detangle my hair she rips the comb and pull them out. U cant do this with transitioning hair. I said something too her and she kept saying its find honey. Next on to the Blow out, no heat protectant on my hair and just ripping though my still tangled hair with the brush and blow dry till it came straight. To get to the point I had more hair that I went in with than when I came out. I now have a very straight blow out but my hair looks very thin and she didnt even trim my ends. Im not going back there and I dont recommend anyone who Is transitions to natural to go their either. I was better off doing my hair myself at least I still would have had some hair on my head!

I Google search DominicaN hair salons and found a few in Orlando. I was set on going to one place but something told me to give Elegance a call and try them out. I had to be out of the city by a certain time and I called at 8:30am and there was someone there to take my call. He set me up with one of the best stylist, Yoli, who has the most experienced ce with my grade of hair. Im African American, so you know our hair is a bit thicker than most. She took care of me immediately when I walked in at 9:00 a.m. Their shampoos and conditioner left my hair feeling AMAZINGLY SOFT. She blew my hair and and pressed it and the total process took and 1.5 hours. They are fast and professional. I will only recommend this place. Btw, my sister is a student at Paul Mitchell, so I have a lot of experience with Profesional and they are great. Dont look any further. They are GREAT. Prices are affordable too.

Beautiful salon, well kept and clean. Smells nice and no chemical smell. Came three times as a walk in. First time, they charge me $40, second time, they charge me $55 and the third time $50 for the same exact work, wash/dry. They should have a certain structure were they keep the prices fair and consistent. My hair is not even that long, does not even reach half my back. Too expensive for the kind of service they provide. I feel like the prices are depending the mood of the stylist. Then if someone else has an appointment and comes in 1 hour after you, they take them first while you are with your hair half dry just playing musical seats game from chair to chair. Even Dolce Vita which is one of the best salons in Orlando, charge me flat rate $40 for hair wash and dry. Im not coming here anymore or reccommending to anyone I know.
