I went there yesterday to get a pedicure as a birthday gift to myself. My sister and I walked in on a Tuesday afternoon and waited 20-30 minutes to be called in. Finally, the guy comes up to us and takes us both to get seated in the chair. Guy does my sisters pedicure while my feet soaks in the warm water. He was almost done with my sister, and no one attended to me(waited another 40 minutes). My feet were all wrinkled from being soaked in the water too long. I looked around to see if anyone would come up to me and at least explain whats going on. There was someone talking out loud on the phone just looking at me and acted like she was busy, and the lady that was suppose to do my pedicure walked out on me and helped another customer. Im assuming that she was a regular, because she attended to her like she was VIP and she did not even make an appointment. Another customer walks in, and she was helped right away as well. At this point, I was very upset and just got up and proceeded to the waiting area to wait for my sister. NOBODY came up to me and apologize, no one bothered to care and everyone was very RUDE. Please do yourself a favor, and go some where else. I know I wont be coming back. These people do not know the meaning of customer service.

Pretty aggravated. Been sitting here for over an hour for a pedicure. They are 5 people behind and claim to every new customer that comes in for a service that it takes 30 minutes...obviously not if Ive been sitting here an hour. The staff is moving at a snails pace regardless of how many people they have waiting. Everytime I come into this salon Ive noticed the staff exudes laziness and look like they dont even want to be there or to do any service. I cant stand when someone is doing my nails and they use their phones, either and this place is a huge culprit of using cellphpnes to laptops with customers in the salon. They have a lot of work they could be doing because frankly, the place needs it. Would rather drive an extra 15-20 minutes for good service and a larger staff that take pride in their work. Do yourself a favor...look into other nail salons in your area. By the way, Im currently in the seat and halfway done in maybe 5 minutes. Why are they RUSHING through my pedicure after I just waited an hour while they took their sweet time on everyone else?!

Place is terrible..Ive been getting acrylic for over 10 years. I tried this place and it was all together poor quality...he was rushing...I wasnt fond of them but dealt with it...the next day my pedicure was already chipping and my nails looked to already be lifting due to the acrylic left inderneath . went in 3faus later and he said they would fix my pedicure...their idea of fixing was using the design brush and only correcting what was messed up so far...rudly at that. Never again..its now been a week and my nails are all on the verge of popping off.

My experience in this salon has always been and is always amazing. I have been coming here for the past 7 years. Ivelisse does my hair and she is wonderful. Isabel does my eyebrows and facials and she too is wonderful. This salon is a GREAT salon. The staff here are all wonderful, friendly and professional and they make sure to make their clients feel comfortable.

This place is the WORST. Every.single.time. I go here there is an issue. Today I called and made an appt, get there and wait 20 mins, then told them I was leaving. The guy who was doing nothing the entire time I was waiting says, "oh I can take you now". Not today satan. Dont accept appts and not honor them. That was the last time I try to give them business.

I have been coming here for the last 4 years and couldnt be happier with the salon. This is a great business in the Lake Nona community and if youre ever looking for a salon "in the neighborhood", this is it. Ive paid more for haircuts and they are reasonably priced for all types of haircuts both for men and women. My whole family comes here.

My wife asked me if there was a color preference I had for her hair while she was at the Nona Platinum Salon & Spa. I told her to let Evie (her Stylist) decide. For a few years now, Ive tried, and failed, to describe the look I was interested in. With zero input from me (I was over 1000 miles away), EVIE NAILED IT!! Thanks Evie!!

Very rude. Asked many personal questions. Communicated in Korean to each other and laughed obviously at us. A woman next to me said, "you know they are talking about you?" Didnt listen to how I wanted eyebrows done. When we paid left over a 25% tip She said, " only $20?" Ignorant and very rude.
