I had the most horrible experience this morning after some medical tests. I was able to disassemble the wires from my head but found it very frustrating. It left a residue and putty like substance throughout my hair even after washing it in extra hot water. I called and left a message at the Salon and also proceeded to go on Facebook and ask for help from April, the owner, and her girls. April came to my rescue, responding quickly and telling me she would come in early just to fix my problem. I threw on a hat after not being able to get a comb through the wet mess and proceeded to head there at there convienience. I was reassured by all the girls who all just wanted to help by calming me down and pampering me. They all worked together to just make feel beautiful and when I walked out I had a great big smile on my face. I have been complimented by a co-worker and by random people in stores at what a beautiful hair color I have. I just tell them Salon Glow any of the girls will have you feeling like a queen if only for the time you are in there salon. They provide such amazing services. Thanks again Ladies!!

Amazing salon! Every single stylist is great and super professional. April, the owner is absolutely wonderful to work with. I called and scheduled a bridal party with ease! She handled everything for me and simply called me back and told what time to have the girls there and there would healthy snacks and refreshments waiting for us. Dylan and Kate have both colored my hair numerous times and absolutely great at what they do! I usually take in a picture and couple Pinterest ideas and let them go to work - never disappoint. Dylans shellacs stay on for weeks! FYI Fact is, Salon Glow is an amazing gem and one of the top salons in Lake COUNTY!!!! Highly recommend them. :-)

Ive been going to Salon Glow to have my hair done since it opened. April does such a wonderful job with my hair (and believe me, with my hair that is no easy feat)! She works magic with those hands. Ive since moved out of state and my hair is feeling the neglect. Every time I come into town I make sure to get to Salon Glow. No matter how long it has been and how bad my hair has become (yes, Ive even attempted to cut and color by myself - ugh) April is able to bring it back to life again. She really does work miracles with hair!!

Went in to chop all my hair off. Almost to my butt all the way to a bob. First time in. Dylan was awesome! Did exactly what I wanted and was super friendly! She explained everything she was doing and putting in my hair as well as how to style it! I think its awesome you get an arm massage, a facial, and a makeup touch up when you get your hair washed! For sure going back!!!

Ive been trying to find a Barber I love for about three years now. Let it be said that I have found one at Salon Glow. The service I received was prompt and spectacular. Rae was amazing and friendly and great at her profession! The ease of the online scheduler was great for my crazy life and the prices are very reasonable. I will absolutely be back again!

April has been my stylist for over 10 years. I was so excited when she opened her own salon, years ago. Salon Glow is a very warm and relaxing salon. April and her staff are very talented and friendly. I often get complements on my hair. Give them a call you wont be disappointed.

Hands down worse experience. I showed Dylan a picture of what I wanted done and it turned out nothing like what I had shown her. On top that this, they charged me nearly double what they had originally told me I would be charged.
