I have the premier membership with motorhome and motorcycle have been a member for five years and I had a blowout in North Carolina on my motorhome they promptly informed me after 5 years of being a member that they will not change an inside tire on a motorhome theres dual rear tires on the motorhome so they left me stranded on the side of the highway in North Carolina the state police had to help me out instead of AAA that I paid for 5 years at their highest membership level so if you think you can count on them for an emergency think again They neglect to tell you that AAA is different in different states its not a nationwide organization per se if youre in another state you dont necessarily get the same coverage that you paid for at home but they wont tell you that when you join

The agent, Gary, and manager, Mike, have gone out of their way to help me get what I need, explained the programs, -- politely, professionally and with integrity. They both have gone above and beyond what one would expect from a company -- no pushy sales, no coercion. I appreciate this place, this company and highly recommend them.
