I feel like I have been scammed. I had one of the worst experience in Vegas this past weekend. When we arrived to our accommodations at the Berkeley on Wednesday, no one from guest services was present, even though we were told they would be there at 12. We waited around the hotel for majority of the day to never speak to a representative. Luckily the hotel still let us check-in. We finally spoke to Jay on Thursday about our promised 4 Circa du Soleil tickets. He informed us we cannot get them until Friday at the Grandview Hotel. We were leaving Saturday morning, so he had concern that we may not be able to get the vouchers due to it not being 24 hours in advanced. This of course was not our fault, since no one showed up to help us Wednesday. I called a representative Friday, and I was assured that we could get a $200 gift card instead. I told her we would see what the Grandview could do, but may be calling back. We get to the Grandview, and with some luck found Take a Break Travel. Here Orion accommodated us knowing we had to see a show that night. He gave us tickets to see KA and told us to redeem them at the ticket counter once at the MGM. We come to find out KA was not showing until Sunday due to a big fight. When I called Always Travel they explained that I now cannot get the visa gift card, because I was given vouchers to a show. They explained a voucher is subject to availability and it was up to me to check. Not once during this process did I hear anything about how the voucher works. Im counting my loses at this point, which is completely disappointing. $299 down the drain, and a lot more money for unnecessary travel around Vegas. I refuse to go on my second trip to Florida with them. I know to never return to this company for future travel or help.

Mi experiencia al principio fue muy mala ya que la señorita que me vendió el paquete me dijo una cosa y después era otra (cosa que me sentí engañada porque sentí que solo le importó la venta y no el servicio al cliente) adicional la de cobros tampoco fue amable y no se le vio interés en ayudarme. Cuando volví a llamar al día siguiente para expresar mis enojos y no desear el paquete, el señor Nelson se tomó la delicadeza de explicarme bien el paquete de ver todas las ventajas que podría disfrutar de ella. Fue la única persona que se tomó la tarea de ayudarme y tratar de sentirme bien con la compra. Fue por eso que acepté en disfrutar el paquete ese fin de año, Mi experiencia con el señor fue genial!! ojalá los demas vendedores fueran como él, super atento. Gracias, Oki Cordoves

Estamos Muy agradecidos, con él señor Nelson Jaime....Gracias a qué el, nos ayudo Como orientarnos, para agarrar el paquete Yo y Mi esposa y Mis hijos Tuvimos unas vacaciones inolvidables Mis niños se divirtieron Tanto y nosotros También, fue un recibimiento. que nos hizo muy Especial, de verdad les digo el sabe tratar a los Clientes con atención y respeto y amabilidad . el estuvo tan pendiente de nosotros, que todo estuviera bien,...nos hizo sentir seguros, por que cuando uno...no conoce Un Ciudad...te la piensas para Salir...No sabe uno con que se puede topar...Gracias a Dios que puso a Nelson...en nuestras Vacaciones y No solo lo vemos como un Amigo. I am so disappointed with Always Travel With Us. First of all they took forever to get my travel arrangements correct. When booking the cruise and hotel packages I was told that I could stay at the hotel before or after the cruise, I choose the latter. After I received my confirmation they had me staying at the hotel first and the cruise after, I had to call twice for them to fix it. Secondly, while booking the packages I was told that they will upgrading my cabin to ocean view and $350 each liquor vouchers for the cruise since we were celebrating our anniversary. I asked when we would receive the vouchers and was told at check in for the cruise, as it turns out the liquor is included except for a small list of liquor that they considered premium liquor. So they sold us something that was already included. After contacting the office I was given attitude and she said whats the difference since Im still getting the liquor?! Thirdly, the hotel that we were booked for was 45mins away from the Port Authority and I had asked during booking if the hotel is in Miami and was told Yes, that was a lie. I called and asked if we would be provided a shuttle and was told no but but they have a number for us to make arrangements at our own cost. Now there is no shuttle service at the resort that we are staying, not even a ride back to the airport. I would not recommend using their service!!!!

Do not trust this company. Its a scam. When I finally found out that it was a scam, I immediately called the company back (luckily it was the same day) The first customer service rep I reached (after trying to call them three separate times, no answer) was extremely rude, told me there was nothing she could do to give me my money back and then laughed at me when I continued to politely ask why it was not possible to get my money back. I tried calling a couple hours later and was put through to a different customer service rep who I, admittedly, gave a pretty hard time and she eventually told me I would receive an email from this company within the next 24-48 hours stating that I would be receiving a full refund. Still waiting on that email and will update this if I do not receive it. But all in all, terrible company. Scamming people is not a respectable way to make a living. Shame on you and shame on 92.3 for continuing to allow your ad to be featured on their radio station. DO NOT BE FOOLED this company is in no way affiliated with 92.3. If you hear a commercial saying to be the first 20 callers to call in to win a "free vacation" by telling them the name of a country without the letter "A" in it DO NOT CALL.

La verdad que las vacaciones fueron maravillosa el condominio donde nos quedamos está hermosisimo, quisiera que pasara el tiempo rápido para poder ir otra vez.... pero sobre todo le agradezco infinitamente al señor Nelson que me ayudó en todo momento, ojalá todas las personas que están vendiendo un producto fueran como el, ya que el no solo quiere vender el producto sino que quiere que nosotros los clientes salgamos totalmente contentos con lo que vamos a recibir.... ojala está compañía pueda encontrar más personas como Nelson..... Dios lo bendiga siempre Nelson

We attended a tour that was supposed to be 45 to 90 min long but ended up being about 5 hours. They did give us some vouchers for a vacation in the future, so we were thinking ok maybe itll be worth it one day down the road. Unfortunately we were very wrong!! I mailed the voucher in about 2 months ago with a check as I was supposed to hoping to get a reservation near my birthday so we could go on a lil family getaway. We still have heard nothing from anyone. I called them and was told that there is nothing they can do because its now too close to the dates we wanted and we would have to mail them another check. I may not be the smartest person in the world but I dnt have stupid across my forehead either. I do not recommend going on any of these tours, Massanutten Resort, Williamsburg VA, Florida or Las Vegas, it is a scam to get you there and try to push you into something! And even after all that, you still dont get what was promised to you.
