I was just at this location to renew my license picture. The ladies that checked me in and took me to the cubical were very nice......however the ladies that look my picture was completely rude. She seemed very short tempered and frustrated when my chin was too high, my hair was in my eye, and my head was tilted. She also got annoyed that while I was reviewing my information, I put lip gloss on-- “you can do THAT later, you need to listen and pay attention to me” she said (I can multitask, it’s only lip gloss). I mean seriously she was so rude. Maybe she was just having a bad day but I’ve worked in customer service my whole life and you DO NOT act like that to people.

Way understaffed. Staff do not seem to give a care. They took the time and was very unfriendly after waiting for over an hour and was told was only 5 people ahead of me I finally walked out after watching two people just get up and leave for the night and left having one person running everything and it was just after 5 PM and They still had to go till 7 PM. Will not go back to this office ever again or recommend it.

Very rude at the front desk. I looked online beforehand for a place that could change my name on my drivers license. This place was listed on the dmv website as a place that could do that. I waited in line and when I got to the front the woman at the desk said to me in an irritated tone that they do not do that there and I would have to go downtown. I went to a place in bethel park instead.

My sons car was frozen! It just didnt turn over when you tried to start it. My son Anthony called Triple A and the Drive - Tommy Dorsey came and he was very polite and explained what happened to the car. He started it right up and told us to go get a newer battery. Thank you Tommy Dorsey for being so caring and nice and helping us start the car! We are so happy to be with Triple A!

I was a member here for three years. I canceled afer being fed up with the horrible customer service at this branch. If you are thinking of going here for a title transfer, dont. The employees there act like you are doing them a huge inconvenience by forcing them to wait on you. This was not a one time inident either.

Horribly slow. Took 2 hours to just renew a driver license. Member services was doing everything but working. At one point it was 20 minutes without even taking anyone. They also now charge a service fee just to renew a license even if you are a member.

Yes the service is a little long when its busy, but the employed try really hard to make their customers happy. There is this great employee Brandy. She knows everything and if she doesnt she will call to find the answer. It is worth the wait!

I called this office to ask about license renewal. The woman who answered the phone was very pleasant and helpful and didnt mind looking up my info since I lost my AAA card. Would have got 5 stars if they could renew license on the spot.

Probably the worst ran faculty Ive ever been to. Waited 2 hours just to take an I.D. picture. Then they charge you and extra fee for not being a member. Rude employees and just horrible customer service. Dont waste your time!
