When we met Chuck a year ago, we were less than a month away from our wedding and needed honeymoon plans fast! He worked quickly to create the perfect honeymoon package for us. The resort — El Dorado Maroma in Riveria Maya, Mexico — wasnt something we were initially considering, but we were so glad we took Chucks recommendation! Our honeymoon was so much better than we had ever hoped, and it was all within our budget! We had never used a travel agent before, but I wouldnt travel without one now! His pricing was better than what the resorts advertise on their websites, and he arranged our transportation to and from the airport at no additional cost. He was even on hand during our trip when we had an issue (our fault) with the reservation. Its nice to know someone is looking out for you when youre in another country! We were so pleased with A Way To Go Travel that we came back months later to plan another trip to the Dominican Republic. Chuck hit the nail on the head again with a fantastic resort (The Excellence Punta Cana). Now were thinking about a trip to South or Central America and of course well be turning to Chuck and A Way To Go Travel for their expertise! When they recommend a resort, you can rest assured that it will be fantastic!

Lisa Mathis assisted us with our trip to Secrets Maroma Beach. I don’t even know where to begin to describe how absolutely fabulous our trip was. The resort, the service, the food, the ease of which everything came together far exceeded our expectations. We didn’t have one single hiccup the entire week. All was very well planned and I can’t thank you enough for your help and recommendation of this resort. They upgraded us to a swim out room as soon as we checked in (they said based on the request of our travel agent) so, I thank you for that Lisa! We were blown away with the quality of everything there and the hospitality of the staff probably impressed us the most. FIVE STARS ALL THE WAY! We have already recommended Lisa Mathis at A Way To Go Travel and Secrets Maroma Beach Resort to many of our friends. Thank You for assisting us with a wonderful 25th Wedding Anniversary!

Super quality service at a prompt and LIGHTNING FAST speed! I worked with Mardy Murray and he deserves tremendous credit. I had booked a last minute business trip due in less than three days and asked Mardy to work fast to get another ticket for my wife to accompany me. I contacted Mardy @ 12:30 afternoon, Mardy toiled through lunchtime, and got us into Premium Economy class seats, and e-mailed me confirmation e-tickets by 1:30PM. These agents really know how to operate an efficient travel agency! Thanks a bunch, Mardy: you deserve the due credit/acknowledgement! -Hank-

RUDE! RUDE! RUDE!! I have never in my life had this crappy of customer service!!!! We walked in to get some information about a trip and the woman told us "I can give you general information, Its going to cost 10-$15,000. You are traveling half way across the world". Point blank the end. Thank you So much for that USELESS information I could have gotten on the Internet!!! Talk about a pretty woman movie scene moment! I am so disgusted! Didnt offer to have a genuine conversation or even offer a seat to discuss anything!

TERRIBLE!!!! I would NOT recommend this company to anyone. After giving Chuck (the President) the desired travel itinerary, he refused to provide an accurate statement of the charges. Instead, he insisted I pay my deposit first, and then he would send the invoice. When I explained my need to see the fees before committing to the trip, he became condescending and began to contradict his previous statements. I DO NOT TRUST this company!!!

The ignorant agent booked me a car one way for one price, and then when I got there at the airport leasing desk, it was 500% more! I had to pay it since my flight left from Arizona not from Las Vegas and my reservation at the Sedona resort was nonrefundable. Did anyone at Way to Go give a damn? No. To me, Way to Go is NOT the way to go. And there is somewhere Id like to see that company go.

The trips are always fabulous and the perks of free upgrades and resort credits are awesome. They know this business and it shows. Cant beat their prices. On the last trip we took to Secrets Maroma we were upgraded to the Penthouse - thanks Chuck.
