Literally cannot believe I am reviewing a United States Post Office but that is really what this has come to. They have single handedly messed up each small duty that I have had to interact with them for. Everything. Based on the other 28 1 star reviews, I can only surmise they are all doing it on purpose. They have: 1. Failed to deliver my packages on time 3.Failed to leave me any notices that they stopped by 3.Failed to deliver even when they drop other packages off at my apartment complex and I am tracking the packages and know they have them. 4.They NEVER RETURNED MY AMAZON RETURNS and now I am losing money because of their mistakes. 5. They never delivered my regular mail for at least a week until I complained. 6. They told me they would take a hold off my account and then never did so I had to go in to the office again and actually watch them reverse it. 7. They have NEVER answered my phone calls. Not once! I literally now dread needed to interact with a basic business. I am just glad, albeit disheartened, that I am not the only one who has been completely frustrated and let down time and time again by this absolute sham of a USPS branch.

no one ever answers the phone there and u cant get the mail carrier to deliver packages because they to lazy to drive down driveway and knock on the door. i have had 2 packages as well as my daughter have multiple packages send back to sender and the carrier says its because we moved and didnt leave a forwarding address which is not the case. we pay extra shipping to get packages faster just for them to never be delivered because the carrier dont want to do his job. i answer multiple phone lines daily cause its my job. i have also worked as a mail carrier and its not hard to deliver a package and its your job do make sure you do so. some people have very important packages such as medicine delivered so we rely on our carrier to do their job. point is if you cant answer the phone and be sure your employees are doing their job then find a different one.

The post office is okay but they never answer their phone and my mail carrier cant seem to get my mail into my mail box. He manages to get my husbands mail right and my bills but he keeps putting my packages in the box below mine which is broken so anyone can take the mail out of it. So for three months I was calling the company that I have a standing order with that I wasnt receiving my packages when in fact they were put in the wrong box and how I know this is because this month I just happened to see my package in the box below mine. That package is $100.00 worth of supplements so of course who ever took the other packages wasnt honest and returned them to me. Your job is not that hard. ... drive around and put mail into the box. Please pay attention to which box you put mail in I and tired of losing my packages and money.

Customer Service is obviously important no matter what job you may have. Also, answering the phone is HUGE! I have been trying to call multiple days straight. Not once has anyone answered the phone. I saw a previous comment about volunteering there for a day to see what its like. I get it, its busy. However, same goes for a multitude of jobs out there. We are all constantly busy. That doesnt mean we get to disregard a ringing phone. When we have a notice, FROM YOU, with a number on it that we are to call for help with a package and we cant reach someone, its rude and disrespectful. Theres no care for customer service. All the workers there may be very sweet and kind, however the disrespect by someone not answering the phone frames every single one of you as rude. Its sad really.

This post office can not do the job they were charged with. I did NOT receive mail for 4 months!! No bills ,no orders from ebay,no nothing,while sonr other people in the 100+ unit apartment building received mail. I complained and the lame excuse was that they had a Carrie that got tired and always had altérnates do the end of of the route. Not my problem,just an excuse .i moved because of it and at my fwd address i all of sudden i got a handful,about half what was missing.they still owe me mail.howd they find it???

I went to discuss my packages being returned due to me moving. When I havent moved in years. I was told it was an issue with the driver and I would receive a call from someone and the issue would be fixed. I have yet to receive a call 2 weeks later and each time I call I never get through. Ive attempted to call for 30 minutes at a time multiple days. And when I go to the office whoever I am suppose to speak to is never available. And is suppose to call me but never does. This is unacceptable.

they will not answer he phones even after calling 4+ times until it hangs up on me in a row. they have lost one of my packages and claim it was delivered and stolen, but shows up on my doorstep a month and a half later. now they claim that they have left a notice of attempted delivery however I never received one. when I actually can get someone on the phone, usually after filling a complaint on their website, they are rude and say that whatever the problem is, its not their fault.

No one ever answers the phone.. Ive had to go up there back and forth several times to ask where my package is after getting an email notification of my package being delivered but it supposedly dont get dropped of because no one is home.. I have a doorbell for a reason..if you just know 9 times out of 10 were in the back room and dont hear a knock.. RING MY DOORBELL.. AND I MIGHT GIVE YOU THREE STARS..

This place needs to be closed, we have SEEN our mail carrier open amazon packages, either that or he scans them cannot be delivered but its first thing in the morning and my mail dont run until late in the afternoon. No one answers the phone. The people who are supposed to be in charge do not seem to care what is going on. This place is worthless

I have been calling n calling. No answer! This is ridiculous... I have put n a hold mail request n none of my mail is there... Forwarded it to new address, still, no mail.... Been waiting 2 weeks on one piece of mail from Alabama, its just disappeared.... I need my mail n this is the WORST post office Ive experienced. Ever!

Carrier made up - again - that he or she could not deliver items because the business is closed...yes, it is Saturday but we are open. Im sitting at the reception watching you making no attempt to deliver while receiving an email from Amazon that Im close. Thank you, Unite States Post Office carrier, again. You are a liar.

Lost our package and they WILL NOT ANSWER THE PHONE! Mailman is never the same person, so Im fairly sure theres a good bit of packages being stolen, who knows what else. Use a different courier for your packages!! They have zero accountability. This branch needs to be shut down.
