Dealt with the rudest worker imaginable when I stopped in. I printed a stamp to mail a large envelope with the self service kiosk, and bought a sheet of 10 to meet the minimum transaction amount. The kiosk only printed the first label, and I never received the sheet of 10. So I stopped in the next business day and before I could finish explaining the situation, the lady interrupted me and said "well no Im sure it printed but because of the static electricity it sticks to the sides". So I said that I had felt around for it along the edges of the printer and didnt find anything, she then proceeded to scold me, "no, no, you wouldnt have been able to see it." -- Anyway, I got my stamps and remembered how it felt to be 3 again. The people in line in front of me that dealt with her seemed to leave equally as irked as I did.

Whatever you do, dont deal with LEANN. I went in for the first time and told her it was my first time mailing out packages to different states and I had no idea what I was doing. Mind you I made sure I didnt have a line behind me. She was very demeaning and pointed out things like I shouldve known in a snarky way. Someone else in the reviews said a similar lady made her feel like "a 3 year old" thats exactly how she made me feel, must have been the same lady. She started to act somewhat helpful after i told her not to talk to me like that but it was too late. Even at the end when I asked her name she acted stupid and finally said "well its right here!" Like I was also suppose to know where her name was at. Hope she makes a change in her attitude or maybe she needs to look for a different job.

I sent a package from here and paid extra for a tracking number. The package was lost in Pennsylvania, the post office admits to this. I had to pay the poor buyer back her money and say sorry the post office lost it. Now I went to the post office to get the value of my book back and they tell me they dont have to pay me. I paid for a service, I paid extra to be able to see the progress of the service, I was robbed a $75 book and the money I paid for the service. This is wrong and they know it yet they will not refund me. I filed a complaint with the BBB but have heard nothing.

I am disabled so it takes me a few minutes to get to the door the post carrier rang doorbell i went to the door by the time i got to the door which was only a couple of minutes the carrier had already got in the truck and left they didnt even give a disabled person time to get to the door i thought this was really sad. So i tried calling the post office and the recording said it was going to be an hour hold time i guess i wasnt the only one having a problem with them. Darell.

I am not a person that usually complains. My package was supposed to be delivered at 3 PM. It left the post office, not 2 miles from my house at 8:46 AM .It did not arrive until 2:55 PM. I missed a visit with my handicapped daughter and almost missed pick up time for my grand kids from daycare. It is UPS for this family from now on. When they say before 3 PM at Brown, it is usually delivered by 9AM. $23.00 to get here just before the bell rings.

If you think this branch is terrible, just go someplace else to a bigger city like Miami or Chicago! This branch is a dream in contrast to others. However, the lady that was the nicest and most knowledgeable has retired. I also took one star off because two of my "tracked" packages got lost and were never found. Whats the point of providing tracking when you still cant find it?

Bought a car and was going to have the extra key mailed to me. Post office said the postage was unpaid and held my key hostage. They said I had to pay $21 for a 2oz key and would only return it to sender if I payed to have it shipped back. Basically they hold you stuff hostage for rediculously high ransoms.

Customer service here is an oxymoron. I buy Express Mail envelopes in Ada with no problems. However, at the this 3 Mile location, a lady at the counter says "You need a valid purchase stamp on it in order to mail it."

Forgot to grave the receipt after sending a priority mail and mail got lost. I went to the post office and Manager was very helpful and took time to reprint my receipt. I really admire their great service. Thanks
