Stood in line for an hour. Only one person was helping postal customers on a Friday afternoon. One other was doing passports...and talking WAY too much. A young lady a few people in front of us was carrying a bag. It was more than 200 different size envelopes...and wedding invitations. She was up there for twenty minutes. We decided we were to invested to leave and needed to get our package out. It was ready to go, but we wanted to insure it. Im amazed the USPS cannot get enough employees working at peak hours. Yes, it would have been smart to go at another time, but we didnt really have a choice. We almost left to go to the UPS store but decided to see just how long it would take. We only started about ten people back. It was just slow. When we left people were almost out the door. I left one star because I couldnt leave 0. Well, once we had out turn the lady was very nice and I knew she was frustrated at the situation.

Company emailed saying delivery attempted, but there was no attempt. And no tracking slip in the mailbox. Did a re-deliver online, so it wont be attempted again until tomorrow - 2 day air has now become 4 day. Attempted to call the company to complain, but telephone was never answered. Called the 1800 usps number, and they filed a complaint. Someone is required to contact me regarding the issue. Very nice customer service at the 1800 number. I suggest going straight to them instead of dealing with the local office.

Hated it. Expect to wait for very long time (at least an hour, for passport service. They have priority processing mail service , so Staffs just ignore you and make you just wait and wait.. very slow and inefficient... No wonder why FedEx and UPS is doing so much better.

Horrible. Usually only 1-2 people working . Its just ridiculous to be a main branch and have this few employees. The employees move slow as molasses even we they have a huge line. I avoid this post office at all cost. I usually will go to Pike Rd branch if I have to.

Difficult.... I had a package supposed to been deliver on a Saturday and now it thrusday and still havent gotten it but they charge for the two day services.... I see now it best to us UPS instead of postal service

I have a P.O Box for security reasons. I receive an email each morning at 8:00 AM showing the mail that is in my box. I find this very convenient and can decide if I need to go to the Post Office or not.

I have had a box for 10 years and now they are returning all my packages and marking them return to sender. Yes, my box is pd in full. The staff at the post office lack basic skills.

Poor services my package arrive on May 6 at this location instead of them shipping it to my ZIP Code which is approximately 30 miles away they send my package to Albany New York

Some of the stuff are rude and not willing to help others. Some others give you high rates while you can lower rates if another employee took care of you. Be careful!!
