This Post Office has terrible customer service, the Secretary of State is better than this post office. It is like I am making an issue for them by picking up my mail. Isnt it their job to deliver the mail and yet I go to them and pick it up. Today 9/23/17 at around 10:15 am I went in, no one else but me to get a package that was delivered and said ready for pickup and the woman behind the counter wouldnt give me my mail.

For being a smaller post office than the one in Holland, they sure get customers in and out quickly. If I have something that I need to mail, I will go here before I go to the one in Holland, especially if I am going to be in the Zeeland area anyways.

For it being a small post office, they do their best to keep things flowing. Ive been in there both times of it being dead and with it packed. They have professional attitudes and are very helpful. I give this post office a high recommendation.
