One guy, named Drew has helped us twice now. We have had mail problems quite a few times in our lives because we are renters and keep moving around. So we have worked with several clerks and post masters to compare against, but this guy actually really invested true effort into resolving our latest issue, (12 days of missing held mail.) We are impressed with this Drew guy: the people ahead of us had a language barrier and we watched how kindly he offered better solutions for them to ship clothes to their family and his patience in dealing with them. We had already been in and out of this office 3 times trying to track down our 12 days of missing mail, and if it werent for this guy, it would still be missing, (it was there the whole time but it was hard to see as it had been pushed back somewhere, it had been suggested by another worker that we had received no mail during that hold time.) Everyone else had looked for our mail, but this guy REALLY looked, and he found it. We had also worked with him back in March 2015, and were impressed with him then too, but it took this recent issue to leave feedback. Drew gets 5 stars, the office itself gets 3, average comes to 4.
