Ive had pretty bad experiences with almost all USPS locations. I get why people say when theyre getting mad, theyre going postal now. But I feel like all USPS locations are trained specifically to make you feel like theyre doing something, when theyre actually not and then to be rude to their customers. I called and asked if I could pickup a package that was transferred to their location this morning. She asked me for a tracking number and I gave her one. She said oh it wont matter because theyre all on a pallet in the back waiting to be sorted. So she knew I couldnt get it today and yet she asked for a tracking number anyways. Then they pickup theyre pallets of transfers from UPS to them at 10:30am every morning, yet they dont get sorted until that evening. This delaying the mail delivery system. This is probably why the cost of stamps has gone up. We have to pay for an extra day of resources on our packages thats unnecessary. Then during my conversation with her, she legitimately cut me off in the middle of my sentences at least 3 or 4 times and then talked over me to say what she had to say... I swear if theyre was another postal option, Id take it in a heartbeat. I say the government shuts down the USPS, saving our deficit, and we get forced to used other carriers like UPS and FedEx.

Ive lived in a lot of different places and can confidently say this is the worst post office Ive ever dealt with. They take 2 weeks to get you the key for your mailbox, they tell you theyll drop off your mail and dont, and there doesnt seem to be any sense of customer service or responsibility there. Any time you call (and can actually get through to someone) they just blame your issues on another employee. Cant wait to PCS to somewhere with a decent Post Office! *Update (5/13/2017). Was tracking a package and was excited to see it was "delivered" via USPS tracking; upon checking my LOCKED neighborhood mailbox there was no package to be found. I called the Post Office and they apologized and said they would get it out to me the next day. It has been 3 days and I have neither received the package or been able to reach anyone at the Post Office; I have called multiple times throughout their business hours and it always gets directed to voicemail. This isnt an issue of "lost or stolen mail," this is an issue of them saying they delivered something that they really didnt.

So we have a contractor that delivers our mail. Every time we have packages delivered they are open or either not in the mailbox. Once I Call and report this the packages will mysteriously appear the next day or he is bringing the package to my door after 6pm!!! This is no little dent or tear my packages are arriving to me FULLY OPENED AND ALL I GET IN REPLY IS MAYBE YOU WANT TO GET A PO BOX SO IT DOESNT HAPPEN ANYMORE!? Are you serious why should I have to pay for a po box for my mail that is being tampered with?!

I never get any of my packages on time. now they have lost one. my sister had sent two priority boxes at the same time, one arrived on time the other now says undeliverable as addressed, idk how they cant find the address its the same as the first package. Sometimes our driveway floods and I think they just dont want to walk through it or something idk just stupid if you ask me. now I have to go down there soon as they open and try and claim my package before they return it to my sister in California.

Absolutely the worst post office We have ever dealt with..They act as if you are wasting there time. Package was delivered and signed for but they have no clue where it is and wont even try to find it . Close this location. Do everyone a favour and somebody needs to do a little research on these morons that work there and how this location its ran No star for this place even though I had to give on I give one star in order to leave review. Personally I give them minus -10 stars

Consistently delivers mail to the wrong addresses, so far have lost out on over 200 dollars worth of merchandise due to their negligence. Dont help find the packages after i have initiated a lost package claim, and dont take responsibility for their mistakes. If they ask for your name and number when you complain about a lost package, they will never call you back so dont even count on them fixing what they messed up.

The package delivered without scan and signature confirmation. This office is one of the worst service in US, Terrible communication when I called and dishonest. Never update or refund signature confirmation. Horrible! They said It is still held it, so I request redeliver or return it, but hang up phone and change answering machine when I redialed. BAD BAD! Worst Worst!!! They are liar, cheating customer..

This office has failed to deliver packages on more than one occasion stating that the address was not deliverable/incorrect. Ive had to personally go to the office to talk to some one and request a re-delivery or to pick the package up myself. Im not sure what is going on with the driver/office. Addressing was correct on all packages once I received them and house number is clearly visible.

This post office is one poor excuse for a post office. Mail to go out sits in mail box for days, we never get our regular mail like water bills light bills until its almost due. Oh and dont try to call its robot machine, you will never get a human to answer..theres no number that they will answer time to visit in person..or maybe we will see it running by dumb robots. disscusted..

You have one job: delivering mail. When Im getting notices of court appearances as late as the day after the appearance, you have to wonder what the hell is wrong with this distribution center. Slow doesnt even explain it - a letter coming from Pensacola sent with the lowest priority should take less than 24 hours to arrive here; why is it taking weeks to deliver?

I dont want to give them any star at all if I can. This is what happen when the government hires all those who dont know how do any good of any types to work for them. No body cares to do their job! They cant give you any answer on anything, the tracking number never work, the worker was rude and just hang up the phone on me when I asked for his name.

Both staff were very friendly and helpful. I was shipping a small package and they advised me to skip the flat rate box for a small bubble cushioned envelope, saving me quite a few bucks. Rude customers though. Im not sure how many of these 1 star reviews are the fault of USPS and how many are just rude customers.

So I know a lot of people have been giving this post office really bad reviews but I just went there and had no problems. There were several people working in the full service area and they were all quite friendly. It was really no worse than any other post office I have ever been to.

My mail that was delivered today was shoved out the back of the mail box. The driver put a legal size envelope. and 2 small packages. There is not enough room for all that and they never get out of their vehicle if packages do not fit. It took 2 of us to remove the items today.
