Beware of this place. Do not drop off packages in the mail box out front. On June 28 I dropped off a small package after office hours were closed, the package was never recieved. Apparently either by the post office since their tracking number did not register, or the company I sent it to. I call both this location and USPS directly. They refuse to do anything because it was never scanned. If it was scanned, it would have been delivered! I was told by one of three managers at this location, Steve Kingsley, that Fed Ex and UPS handle their Amazon returns. So USPS doesnt even carry their own mail? Regardless, the package was lost or stolen by USPS, and they refuse to do anything about it. Frightening thing coming from a federally run business. Thankfully I wasnt sending anything to a loved one that was worth anything, just a $6.50 nail file Amazon return.

I love this post office! Although busy at times, they are always patient and willing to help with mailing out packages or finding packages for you. I am not one to mail out packages often, but I am very impatient when it comes to receiving them and have went to the post office on numerous occasions to pick up packages a day before they would come in the mail. Tom, who works at the customer service desk is AWESOME and is always willing and able to find my packages. He puts a smile on my face every time!

Always a busy place . They could use more staff members as theres always a long wait for services regardless of the time of day. Also have to be careful when sending a package as they are notorious for trying to add up charges.
