My son has attended La Petite for over 6 months now and I could not be more pleased with the school. He started in the Toddler room and has moved up to the Twos. We pulled him from his previous daycare due to some very serious concerns. I discussed these concerns with Ms. Angela (the director) and she was absolutely amazing. She was able to get my son in to La Petite that day. One of the major concerns from the previous daycare was an issue with naptime. Ms. Angela explained the situation to my sons teachers and they were all very understanding and did everything they could to make naptime a pleasant experience. They were very thoughtful about his transition from the Toddler room to the Twos as well. In addition, Ms. Angela and Ms. Dana (my sons current teacher) were extremely helpful with getting my son to stop using his pacifier. I feel that the teachers really team with the parents to provide the best possible experience for the children. Also, the school has an open door policy so parents are welcome in the classrooms at any time. This was not the case with my previous daycare and based on my sons experience there, please use caution if sending your children to any school/daycare that does not have an open door policy. As far as education and the curriculum, my son learns something new every day! He knows his shapes, numbers, is learning the alphabet, is working on potty training, plays outside, does some kind of art project daily, has wonderful social skills and talks about his friends at school all the time. The school is clean and comfortable, the children are the top priority and above all, I completely trust everyone there with my son.

My daughter has been going here for about a year and we love the staff here. They all know her name and give her hugs and stuff. They really work well with the kids. Its a clean facility and they do a lot of activities for the kids. I like how they have several rooms per age, so you dont have to worry about big Kids being with the little kids. I know that the workers that work with the babies have to wear shoe covers. They have monthly calendar that each day something special for kids to do like: pajama day, silly sock day, superhero day, water day, etc. They do a lot of crafts. The room is full of educational toys and charts. Thats just a few of the things Ive noticed. They are punctual the facility opens up right at 6 am. My only issue if I could find one would be the price - its kind of expensive. We dont qualify for any vouchers or assistance. But you get what you pay for and I think its about fair running with other places just a little bit more than we are use to paying. They have a huge gated play area. The doors to the faculty is always locked, you have to punch in your code to get in.

La Petite is amazing. Im a first time mom and was very nervous about daycare. Angela runs that school so well and packs it with the best teachers. I am thrilled with how my child is learning and developing from attending. She always has a smile on her face when I pick her up and is excited to see her teachers each morning! The teachers are wonderful and really take note of how each child learns and processes information. On our first day, without me saying anything, they noted that my child really loves books and anything that rattles. It made me feel wonderful knowing they actually engage and interact with the children. La petite is worth every penny and so much more!

I am extremely grateful for the Pensacola La Petite. My daughter hated he first daycare in Pace. She cried everyday when I dropped her off. At La Petite she is always happy. She jumps into the arms of her teachers every morning for a hug and is excited and runs to me to tell me about her day when I pick her up. Her learning has exceeded my expectations and the staff treat my daughter and all other kids as if they were their own. I love knowing that I can drop my baby off and she is loved for and cared for as if she were with me. Thank you La Petite! I recommend this La Petite to anyone looking for quality, affordable childcare in Pensacola, FL. Its worth it!!!

My daughter has been attending La Petite for over a year now and I couldnt be any happier. The staff always goes above and beyond, especially Ms. Angela (director). When my daughter had a febrile seizure at school Ms. Angela rode in the ambulance with her and took care of her. If that wasnt enough, our neighborhood/street was devastated by a tornado a week ago and Ms. Angela came out on her own to help. It is difficult to find a business, let alone one that takes care of our kids, that make you feel at home every time you walk in the door. I recommend La Petite Academy to anyone looking for childcare needs! Thank you for your time.

La Petite is the best child care center in Pensacola! My wife and I tried a few daycares and we werent happy with any of our experiences. Being at La Petite has been amazing! The staff are always happy, friendly and energetic. When we pick up our son the teachers always tell us what fun things he did for the day and they always have his daily logs updated. The facility is always bright and clean. The administrator Barbara always greets everyone who comes in the door and I feel that our son isnt just a number to her, he is very important to her and to her staff. If you arent using La Petite for childcare, you are missing out!!!

La Petite Academy is wonderful! All the teachers and staff are very nice and friendly! They always give us a warm welcome when we walk in the door and also when leaving. They made the transition to a "new school" for my son very easy. We have been there just over 6 months or so… They have a nice, safe park for the kids, and separate classrooms for each age group. The hand outs we get each month are amazing! They really keep you updated on events. etc. . Over all we looove La Petite and look forward to being there for years to come.

I LOVE La Petite Academy..and so does my son. My daughter (who is 15 now) went to La Petite when she was little, and now my four year old son attends as well. I am so grateful for the staff, they treat us like family. I am more than pleased with the curriculum and feel that my son will be well prepared for kindergarten. They make learning fun and he looks forward to going each day. I wouldnt want him to be anywhere else. Thank you La Petite !!

When I asked if I could bring in my pumped breastmilk for my 10 month old, the director asked me why I would continue to breastfeed past a year and that she guessed they could put it in the toddler fridge and that she had never had anyone ask that before. Then went on to tell me and my husband that they lost a ton of employees recently because of new laws in florida requiring background checks for daycare workers.
