Went in for hair color and lowlights. Hair was much darker than i wanted and you cant even see the lowlights. She told me that the lighting in there was bad that they would show up better in good lighting. What a crock....Ive been going here for a while for my cuts which i like...but will not be going back for color...they just cant get it right.

Left after waiting almost an hour with no end to the wait in sight. When one worker asked if Id signed in yet after waiting for an hour, that was the final straw. Block out several hours from your schedule if you want to get your haircut here...

Went to get an ombre there and the lady had failed to say she never had done an ombre before and just bleached a line through my hair. I had to fix it myself.
