I took my daughter to this salon on 9/19. After waiting an hour for our turn, an Asian lady took her back but turns around to tell me she will have to brush out her hair herself, she didnt have time. My daughter had long hair but she didnt say I would like to wash it to make it easier, nothing, just do it yourself, I dont have time. Another lady came over and took her back to shampoo. While she was combing out her hair, the Asian lady came over and told her she was using too much conditioner as she sprayed leave in conditioner. She was completely rude and it was such a poor customer service experience. The lady who cut her hair was wonderful, she did a great job and was very nice. The one rude lady was one lady enough to keep us from ever going back to this salon.

Worst haircut in my life. Even after it was corrected, I cant style it the way I want. The right side was about a half inch longer then the left. I even got picked on by my friends at work. I wanted a blunt cut and got shorter in the back then in the front. The stylist said blunt means straight. Two trips here, two different stylist and I still need to have my hair done, elsewhere. I dont think these stylist are accredited.

Anna is by farrrrrrr the best stylist in there. She is amazing and I have never had a bad haircut from her. Moon is my second choice if Anna isnt there. The girl up front on the right is absolutely terrible and blows my mind that she passed cosmetology school. Everytime I go in there someone is complaining about her skills. Think its time to find a new career.

I would give it less if I could. Waited and waited and they took another walk-in in front of me after telling her she had one in front of her and it would be about 30mins. She waited less than 10 mins.... I was still sitting there. 3 stylists and 3 customers... really gets my goat.

I came here to get a hair cut, it was ok. If you need a quick trimming youll be fine but do not try anything fancy. I wanted bangs but nothing dramatic what a mistake that was she cut my hair way to short it took me weeks to go it back in. Other than that the staff is friendly.

Depends on who you get and usually when you finally get a really good one they leave to go on to better salon. I did get the best perm of my life there though! The stylist was not talkative and didnt seem like she wanted to be doing a perm, but it came out fantastic!

Im a guy, a 2 on the sides and 3 on top should be pretty simple, all the stylist did was run a razor over my head and round off my rear hairline when I requested square. Didnt touch my sideburns or around my ears. One of the worst haircuts Ive ever had.

Susan is the Best!!! She takes great care of my hair. I am the most picky when it comes to someone touching my hair. If you mention my name, she will tell you how my hair is so important and I will hurt someone if they mess my hair up.

Went in for beard trim and hair cut. Didnt listen to what I asked for on the hair cut and just used clippers on my beard. Wasted money.
